Really smooth and quick service, the techs here were all very helpful. They took us in soon after we called and even provided for us a faster and cheaper solution to our flat tire situation which we were intentionally very worried about, since we had a long distance business trip ahead of us. As we were getting ready to leave, the technician stopped us and offered to quickly put our spare tire back under the chassis of our work van, which saved us time and extra labor for the remainder of the trip which we were really grateful for. Thanks to all the technicians at this establishment for going above and beyond

Fantastic service by your mobile road repairman. Ticket number 204445. He was dispatched to 177 Angel St in Battle Creek, MI. Trailer tire was off the rim and had three nails in it. He made quick work of the repair. But, what stood out the most was his customer service and how he talks to customers. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Please share this review with him or at the least with your entire shop. Great service all around.

We had a flat on our F450 dually on Saturday night just after 5:00. I called the Goodyear 24/7 service number after my roadside service could not find someone able to work on such a large truck with dual tires. Eric was still at the shop after a full day of work already, and he came out with his service truck, pulled off our tire, and discovered the problem was a broken valve stem. He dismounted the tire from the rim and replaced the valve stem, all right there in the rest area truck parking lot. Thanks again Eric for being so great!
