They have some good stuff but 40$ for a pair of shoes at a goodwill is gross. Prices keep going up I'll just buy my clothes at Walmart.

Bought a lamp and it didn't turn on. The switch didn't even click when you turned it, try to return it within the seven day window, but they wouldn't take it back because it didn't have the sticker on it… It doesn't say on the receipt that you need a sticker. Will not be buying from Goodwill again, good luck

Please teach your receiving items crew a little compassion. I literally stopped at the store and drop thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of stuff each year. Last night I tried to drop off a large box of brand new shoes but I was 4 minutes past the time and the employee who is still working outside said sorry that he couldn't accept it and to drive 15 minutes away to another place that was still open. I pleaded with him saying I could literally just walk and drop it in the large bin which he refused. I come back today and there's three employees outside and I see the same guy and he says it doesn't open for another 9 minutes. He remembered me from yesterday and I said I don't want to stand here for 9 minutes when I can simply just leave it on the ground or drop it into the proper bin. He told me I would get in trouble if I left it there. I understand a rule is a rule but goodness gracious this is ridiculous. Now I rather throw them in the trash then give them to the store.

We’ll never thought I’d be the one to experience this but… BEWARE BEDBUGS
My fiance went in and looked for some clothing , tried a pair of pants on and when he was done he walked out & started feeling itchy on his hips, 6 bite marks each side of his hips! That were not there prior to going inside this goodwill!

Absolutely disgusting so please be sure to spray down or heat treat anything you buy from here & please spray shoes etc! & avoid the dressing rooms!
Will never go to another thrift store again!

First time I visited the store I was looking to Upcycle some bed sheets. Did not find what I was looking for but found a suitable substitute. Staff was friendly, overall a good visit. However the next time I went in, I was followed around the store by a woman who eventually tailed me to the check-out line with nothing in her hands. Almost at the counter, she picked up a hideous metal scarab beetle figurine, and continued waiting behind me (oh, she rushed to get directly behind me in line too). As I was called up to the register, she simply vanished, the beetle put back on a shelf, the woman, no where to be seen. I am a woman of color, and this happens to me more than I like to recognize. But this visit, I was in the store to get business attire clothing with my 2 daughters and infant grandson. My youngest just had landed her first professional (adult) job. Needless to say, I was furious! Everything we picked up, tried on, or just looked at, either went into the shopping cart or back on the shelf/ rack. It does not feel good to be profiled because of the way you look.

I wish the stuff was less expensive for people who are struggling, since it's all given to them. But at least they employ a number of people.

Cashier was rude when I said no thankyou to rounding up. He tossed my reciept on the counter and then turned around and walked away. Didn't say thankyou, have a good day, or anything!

Well organized for the most part. Prices are reasonable. It was surprisingly crowded for a Wednesday afternoon. Employees were not friendly.

Overpriced for other people's used stuff they got for free. Then try to get more money from customers by asking to round their total up. I really don't like Goodwill anymore.

The prices here are insanity. I’m not longer shopping at goodwill. It is so expensive now. Sometimes I find items that are more expensive here than new in store. Absolutely ridiculous

It is a large second hand store with a large selection of clothing. Clothes are organized by category and then by size and pretty simple to locate. Also a diverse selection of electronic items. I was surprised by the large actual furniture selection.
