The staff was very rude. They continually raise the price. They lock the dumpster and then charge you $75 to throw stuff away. The property itself is poorly taken care of. Ultimately it is just a legal money scam. I would highly recommend finding a different storage facility.

Started rough. Had a reservation at a storage in Portage, MI and manager was not on site to set up account and give me code to access. After multiple calls to the main line, and no one being able to get a hold of the site manager, I spoke to a male service representative who found a space at another area storage facility. This was creative problem solving after two hours on the phone and waiting with a small camper by the side of the road.

Great Customer service skills, informative and decided on just the right size of storage. Highly recommend stopping in and discover what it's like getting great service and a good price.

She was so knowledgeable about the whole process of renting a storage unit... very professional. She even suggested to me what hours to avoid because of the extremely busy road in front of the facility.

No eavestroughs, so water drips off the roof on to you when you’re loading in the rain/snow and causes frozen locks. Buildings are showing signs of age, difficult to access entry in larger vehicles. Convenient to I-94 and the I-94BL. Manager is attentive and I’ve seen them patrolling. Security seems adequate; access after 10pm would be nice.

I needed to update a credit card that I had recently misplaced, canceled, and received a new.
Cierra, the PM at my location luckily sent me a heads up to update my card in order to not receive a penalty or extra fee. I visited the location today, 5 March, and Sierra personally took care of the matter. I appreciate good customer service, and felt well taken care of. Thanks so much.
