I feel like it’s overpriced and I can’t ever make a payment online. They have waived the late fees because of this inconvenience though.

I would Have given it a 5 star. But every time I go to my storage. I cannot get in. from the 1st day of move in this has beeen a problem . The dead bolt is broken . It is such an InconvenienceBecause they're gonna because there's hard to get into the storage and it's hard to get it locked when it's time to leave.

I have had a good experience with storage rentals of America. They are always available when you need a person to talk to. They send you reminders about your payment and give you time to pay if you are late. Thank you

There wasn't a lock in the unit that I was assigned. I had to look in a vacant unit for a lock (Gull Rd). The young lady Cierra was very helpful (office on Sprinkle Rd).

The unit by itself is not bad but the manager for gull road is rude don’t expect good customer service from her. I paid more for my storage unit elsewhere but I would rather pay more for good customer service.

The beginning was awesome because the price but I’m a little sad that my rates then went up twice in a year since the new owners took over all in all its ok and I need my storage fix cause it gets stuck

The code I was given did not work “sometimes it takes 24-hours to work”, I was told by customer service. Alternate codes also did not work. The office had just closed. The district manager was unavailable. As hard as the customer service woman tried, I was not getting through the gate to my new unit that I needed that night, as I had driven from out of town to move my daughter out of her dorm. I found a U-haul location open until 7pm with a trailer available thinking we could haul it all home. We got lucky. This U-haul location had a storage space available. They didn’t have the surprise admin fee, and the required insurance was half the cost, so the bigger, interior door unit was about the same price for the Summer.

I will just leave it at, the customer service over the phone is absolutley horrible. I was hung up on 2 times for asking a question they never did answer. Called corporate and they said each store has manager and nothing they could do. So I waited...

Got what I wanted when I needed it . The lock wasn't in the unit where I was told and seen the manager looking at units so I went up to her to ask about the lock and was told don't come up on her like that and if I wanted ny free lock I had to come to her office on sprinkle road . She seen I was unloading a uhaul truck so obviously I'm a customer .. but I did get the unit nice n fast .
