First Choice Auto Glass Center is great!!!! They were able to get me in the same day that I called. Chad worked on my window and did amazing work for a reasonable price it looks like nothing ever happened to my window! I would highly recommend coming here for any window needs!!!

We were experiencing water intrusion in the cabin of the car (a 2018 Chevy Equinox), and we could not determine how the water was getting in. When we took it to the dealer to have it diagnosed, they said the leak was coming from the seal in the windshield.
We took the car to First Choice Auto Glass Center, where the owner, Chad Bower, carefully inspected the windshield seal and found no issues. Chad then went on to inspect the sunroof drains to find that both sides were disconnected. After reconnecting the drains, Chad then leak-tested to find an additional path of entry that appeared to be a manufacturing defect in a joint near the firewall. The joint was then sealed and tested again - this time the leak test passed.
Chad Bower, of First Choice Auto Glass Center, went way above and beyond to help properly diagnose and fix this frustrating issue that the dealer would not or probably could not do.
We highly recommend First Choice Auto Glass Center for their outstanding customer service and high quality of workmanship.

Was directed to Chad and First Choice Auto Glass Center by State Farm and, going forward, I will always choose him for windshield repair or replacement.
He was able to get me an appointment in under a week and today he came to my place of employment to perform the work. He stayed in contact with me has he was getting closer so that I would know when he arrived. He also pointed out some problems with the old windshield (it was installed by a different company) and some issues with my rearview mirror (will address with Honda later on down the road).
Again, I totally recommend Chad and his company! Very timely, professional and just a super nice guy!
