the ATM does not read checks at all. i tried to deposit the same check over and over and it still said it couldn’t read the check for some reason. went to the 5/3 on stadium and it deposited the check on the first try like it should. do not go to this 5/3. so frustrating. this happens every time i have gone there.

Absolutely the worst bank ever! Made one single transaction that overdrafted my card and u people charge me 74$ overdraft fee all ur doing is taking my money. And I don't have money for u people to take so the minute your doors open I'm closing out my account!!

Worstttttttttt bank and customer service ever if I could give them a no star I would don't care about your financial needs what so ever I'm closing my accounts asap the manager is horrible it's nobody to call when your not satisfied because she doesn't care at all she is worst then the bank tellers they need a new manager asap she makes them look bad and doesn't handle things the way they need to be handled she doesn't communicate with you after numerous emails and calls she screens the calls and never call back I mean 0 stars around the whole experience hire a new manager worst bank I ever been to in 30 years rude rude rudeeeeeeeee & if you ever needed advice they'll never be able to assist because there so busy lolly gagging and screening calls !!!!

Worst customer service I've ever had. They can't answer single questions and will hold your own money from you with no explanation. Mr. Benjamin Mondoux legit had no answers to my questions and he's happily fine with customers closing their accounts. Which it's time to do. Don't bank with 5/3

Worst branch office of any bank I’ve ever been to. Specifically if you’re using any mortgage lending services. You can tell them they can do something 15x and they still ask you the 16th time for the okay again. I literally call and email multiple times and never get a response for a week or two, not knowing if they are ever going to even respond. They’re rude in branch and act like they want you out of there so they don’t have to work. And they ignore you and don’t send the tax documents you need for income tax time until it’s too late to get the discounted turbo tax rates etc. Ridiculously bad customer service. And they’re credit card and account rates are the worst I’ve seen. Honestly, I can’t think of one thing I would use them for over any other bank ever. Unless you like to get ghosted.

This bank is a scam. Terrible service, and I tried exchanging cash for quarters, and they refused unless I make an account. Funny thing is, I came in once before and did this with few problems. Teller lied to me and told me they never do that. B**** where did I get the quarters from then last time. I have the f****** receipt. Lazy and unprofessional

I've maintained a banking relationship with Fifth Third Bank in Three Rivers Michigan since they acquired my previous bank, Old Kent bank, in 1988. I've financed multiple cars, homes and properties throughout this relationship and maintained good standing and positive credit history over decades, and throughout this entire relationship. Recently I tried to refinance one of my properties and encountered a very negative experience that must be shared as a horrible example of effective customer care, service and retention. I believe it is driven by race and I feel this interaction is discriminatory in nature. I was denied a refinance despite my positive banking history and excellent credit rating. I was also spoken to in a condescending and disrespectful manner by the loan agent. As a Black man who has been a pillar of his community for decades, I am upset and disgusted by this situation/behavior. I wholeheartedly denounce how my business has been handled as a longtime, loyal and credit-worthy customer. Fifth Third Bank needs to reassess their approach to customer care and service in this community!

Weasels. The lady purposely manipulated what she told me because she knew I was inexperienced after telling me she had 10 years of customer experience. Screwed me over so she could better herself and the bank, not the customer. Don't settle for that service.
