I'm giving this place a three star. It will get five if they have people that really care about with you are going through far as help is concerned but they did have African doctor. That is wonderful! It's only bright thing about that place.

The staff are always friendly and polite. The pharmacist working when I was picking up prescriptions pronounced my last name correctly which was unusual, turns out that she previously used to work at Walgreens in Plainwell and used to see my mother all the time, she also said she worked with my cousin 10 years ago. It was a great experience.

Very pleasantly surprise when I went to pick up my prescription. Everyone was kind...facility emaculantly kept and security was definitely present and observant. Very good experience.

Literally ridiculous to wait here for a prescription. We get told it'll take 15 minutes tops and we're there an hour later, wasting our time and waiting because they keep saying it's almost done. 100000/10 do NOT recommend.

The Family Health Center Pharmacy-Patterson is one of the most awful places I have ever had to visit. I am treated like a criminal any time I visit the pharmacy. 95% of the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Iāve been called a drug-seeker even though my doctors has me on the prescribed pain medications Iām on. I have had technicians roll their eyes at me, refuse to service me and storm away and say āsomeone else can help herā. Iāve been given the wrong medicine and then locked out because it was 4:59 and they close at 5:00pm. Iāve arrived 5 minutes before they close and have been yelled over by the technician, as she shouted at the security guard and asked him why he keeps letting āthese dang people inā, as Iām standing at the counter. This facility is ran worse than a fast food restaurant and I get anxiety as soon as I pull in the parking lot. I absolutely hate coming here! It is completely unacceptable the way the pharmacy staff is allowed to behave!
