This store is DISGUSTING! I'm sure I brought home a baby cockroach from this nasty store. Will NEVER shop at a family dollar again. And it's not just this location. All of them in Kalamazoo are unorganized and a total nasty mess! I feel like family dollar violated me. I went through so many different emotions right when I seen the cockroach causing me to almost pass out but I also was in a state of shock. I cant sleep. I think I need to file a lawsuit

I hate this store korrina had her employees set this girl up on the reg made her reg100 dollars short when they review the camera they had this girl on camera on her reg she hit the suspend button and made her reg 100 dollars short that day Wendy put the ,100 dollars back they was trying to set that girl up bec she had a health problem now family dollar is trying to cover it up they push the girl out bec itwas a cover up the girl out and made it look like she resign Wich she didn't they fire her bec she was makeing complaint about what happened to her reg it was a cover up

I went into this store to buy sunglasses. Its a dump of a store by the way. I saw many pairs of glasses that looked a like, and all had a tag the said 8 dollars. I found a pair and went to pay. She tried to ring me up but the sku code wasn't in their system. So she said "I can't sell these to you, because I can't find it in the system" threw the glasses down on Her counter and walked away. That was a wrap. I went to the dollar store across the street instead and saved money. Poor service.

This place was by far the most disgusting store I have ever walked into .. it looks like they haven’t swept the floors or cleaned the windows in months, I feel like I need a tetanus shot from just walking in there . I won’t be back

I came in here for a very specific shopping list, to look for manicure items and supplies for my scuba diving kit. I was able to score both sets of items at this family dollar. The location is convenient, in a strip mall on west main with other stores of various quality and price points, so if you can't get what you need there you can check here!

The area with the tissue and paper towels is usually over 50% empty. When the truck delivers there are still no guarantees. The cost is lower on some things, everyone needs are different. There were three CSR there, no one spoke or asked if I needed anything. As an employee there should exist a standard of professionalism always. They are hiring.
