I needed a pickup and spoke to someone at the branch who looked up my address and said no problem. I called to confirm and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude, claimed I was too far for a pickup and gave me every excuse under the sun...I'm only 15 minutes from their location...

The people working the rental store were fantastic, as usual. (Stadium Dr. Kalamazooo, MI.) I have to say these big companies outsourcing the call center to god only knows where might want to rethink that strategy. Nothing more time consuming and frustrating than a broken English troubleshooter that almost knows how to help.

My car was broken into while parked at this enterprise. No cameras or security in sight.EDIT: After sending an email as the 'Reply from Owner' suggested below, in addition to leaving a voicemail on the Sunday when I found my car broken into.... I STILL have not received a call or email response.Avoid this business AT ALL COSTS.

Worst customer service ever. Had a flat tire on Sunday. Stuck on side of highways for 2 hours while they tried to get me a tow truck. The key lock was not in the car so couldn't put the spare on. Ughhh. The tow company they told me that was on the way never received a call from them. I had to set it up and pay for myself. Towed to there closed location and left it there. Never offered another car just left me. 2antes me to ride in tow truck 3 hours away to there closest shop to fix it. Really. Whatever

Paid for a luxury car ended up getting a Corolla which is far from anything considered luxury got excuses on why we couldn’t like oh we didn’t have one. But they had one in the back that I saw. Still got charged for the luxury even tho we never got one. Surprised we made it home couldn’t see anything in the rain cause the wipers were complete garbage. Didn’t even offer to give some of the money back for the inconvenience. Never going through these guys again ?
