The rent is way too high and they don't really change anything around the place except raising the rent even more every year , most definitely not renewing my lease.

Tonya and Andre were very helpful with my application and move in process.
The property is clean and the units are spacious. They have a pool, covered parking, dishwasher, washer and dryers in units. Still affordable as well. The property is well maintained by maintenance and groundskeeper. There is a park nearby so nice location for people with dogs.

After attempts to fix my leaking washing machine, I was given a new one and new dryer! Very happy with that.

I've been living here for almost two years and up until now it's been fine, overpriced but I tolerated it. The HVAC systems are old, inefficient, and prone to breakage. AC units are unreliable at best. My unit has been broken for over 2 weeks and they have made no attempt to fix or replace it in a timely manner. I have a cat, and have had to stay home from work to take care of her and make sure she doesn't overheat in my 80+ degree apartment. They haven't made any accommodations to keep me and my cat safe and cool. Considering I'm paying over $1200 a month in rent, I think this is unacceptable. The kitchen is all cheap particle board and came pre-scratched and damaged when I moved in. I can't in good faith recommend someone moving in here, especially in the warmer months. There are better options in the area

Been living here for 24 years was nice in beginning but not any more since u guys let in low income people in things have change more people in garbage police out here all the time allowing to many pets can't smoke but u can have a pet pets can be just is bad as smoke these apartment should be painted after some one moves out any way use to like it here but not so much any more

It seems as though only 1 out of 3 issues were really addressed, that being the easiest one by far. The other issues have been addressed, so far so good.

My oven on my stove went out.Even though the stove was old it still worked good until my oven went out call maintenance He came out to check it out within 15 minutes.I had a new stove love it

I didn't make a maintenance request. Apparently, my door did with a low battery alarm. Got a notification that maintenance had entered my apartment while I was at work. Got home from work and there was no note telling me why they entered. Called and was informed about the low battery alarm. However, the Smart Rent app still showed a low battery and the gentleman at the office was unable to tell me if they had even changed the battery. A note stating why my apartment was entered and what was done would have been nice. Renting here has been a pleasant experience for the most part, but this situation was a little odd to me.

I have been here at Emerald Park for about 20 years, obviously my little dog and I ❤️ it here. People are so nice and kind, I would recommend Emeral Park to anyone. Everything is well taken care of. I love it here!!!!
