Dunshee is where we have taken our vehicles for years! They are above and beyond SPECTACULAR!! Friendly and compassionate when you've had a car crash and need it repaired! Randy Peacock and the receptionists went out of their way to help us! The repair was perfect and the time was 100% accurate as to when it would be done! Support this great Body Shop!

Lowest quality standards I’ve ever experienced in decades of using many body shops throughout the region. When we came to pick up our car the newly painted new door had runs and the door handle had been scraped against something after painting and was a mess. I pointed this out to the service advisor and he protested that this whole mess was totally acceptable. He clearly just wanted to move on to the next vehicle in his backed up schedule and tried really hard to talk us into accepting a terrible paint job. I made them take it back in and had to rent our rental for two more days out of pocket. Second time the paint was just as bad but in other places. Just really poor quality paint work and really low standards on the part of the person in charge. We finally got fed up and took the car despite being extremely unsatisfied as we were fed up and weren’t going to continue paying indefinitely for a rental while waiting for them to get it together. Won’t be back.Service: Painting

Picked my car up nearly a week early after needing some repairs from a hit and run situation. Every person I talked to was knowledgeable, kind and one step ahead. Car looks great and the inside came back cleaner than when it was dropped. Highly recommend!

I've had a couple of great (dare I say, basically perfect) experiences at Dunshee in the past with my cars during unfortunate circumstances, however, this time there was an unfortunate circumstance on the customer service side that warrants a new review.I had recently brought my car to Dunshee with hail and tree damage. Like usual, the body work was phenomenal most everywhere with the exception of a couple of areas for this particular repair. Please bear in mind that my car has modifications which may have thrown them a curveball so I get that there may be residual issues. This was also noted on my paperwork. After the drive home, I'd noted that my bumper was sagging. This is an unfortunately common issue with my model but known to be repairable, nonetheless. The right headlight was also not working correctly (dim) along with the daytime running lights not on.I called Dunshee to see what could be done regarding a fix for these issues. I was told that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks in order to fix what was described by them as a 30 minute fix at most. I asked why the fix couldn't be done within the next couple of business days and I was told that time was already booked for current customers. Not even considering that not having properly running lights working and a loose bumper could be safety issues, I was told that nothing further could be done to make the fix within a reasonable time. I've since repaired these issues myself and, as a nod to their technicians, tested to ensure all safety items affected by the repair were working properly. I can imagine the frustration of someone without the tools/time/money and car rental to get these extra repairs done elsewhere which is really what frustrates me.I've pointed others to Dunshee previously when they needed body work done, but now I unfortunately have different tale to tell.

These guy's do great work. They specializing in Insurance/ Auto accident work...BUT THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER....this guy will burn threw your insurance money and your vehicle's might not be completely fixed!!!!When I last dealt with them ...they lost a rating from a Major Insurance Company. Some of the fixes didn't make sense and it was a still not fixed...Insurance company said to sue them for letting me leave in a non-repaired vehicle which could have caused a accident resulting in death. And we have dealt with them for over 2 decades....should ha e been treated better...obviously did not Value our relationship or business as a family with many vehicles. It still saddens me to this day...because it's not the tech's...it's in the management whom directed/ instructed the help.

Tried saying my car was a total loss when in reality it could have been fixed for half the price. I bought my car back and fixed it for really not much money just because it's not anew car doesn't mean you trash it. Capitalist greed as usual

Truth be told it was a bummer having to wait so long to get in, but it was well worth the wait. Although the outcome was definitely unexpected, I’m grateful these folks revealed that my car, (well the car I was borrowing from the credit union) is damaged beyond repair from a previous accident. I purchased the vehicle from its only owner in a nice suburb & trusted he disclosed the full history of the car, but what was revealed - after someone scraped their bumper down every panel of the passenger side - was an unstable frame. So…car shopping obviously suuuucks in this economy, but these guys offered to shake down the next one before I hit send. That’s an offer that helps the sting a bit!!

From the point of first contact, during the repair period and until pick-up, Dunshee kept me informed daily either via text, email and phone updates (sometimes twice a day!). They provided amazing repair work and it appears that they even cleaned the front interior prior to me arriving to pick up my car. Everyone that I was in communication with at Dunshee went above and beyond my expectations!Completely Satisfied! Thank you Dunshee Body!Services: Painting

I had to have body work on my 2021 VW Jetta, because a semi truck had backed into the front of it causing $4000 in damage. Dunshee's had to keep the car about eleven days, but trust me when I say this, it was well worth the wait.Service: Painting

Since my review was removed I will do it again. I took my vehicle took Dunshee to have some work done after hitting a stick in the road last fall. After getting my car back in went in storage for five months. I got the car out this spring and had to return to dunshee because they had did not complete all the work correctly to my car last fall. So my car has had two trips to dunshee and besides that it’s been in for an oil change and that’s it. So I noticed my rock guards were mounted 3/4” lower and not mounted in the drill hole that was predrilled at the bottom of the guard. There are also four clips on each rock guard. So now instead of four clips two are replaced with screws into my fender. Dunshee showing me a picture after they took my wheels off dosent prove anything. Nobody has had an opportunity to do anything to my car but dunshee and they want to deny they did it. Management doesn’t watch their technicians constantly and I know how I installed the rock guards.I have no doubt that their technicians are the only ones who could have possibly done this to my car. The owners response is a joke but I guess I expect it at this point.Service: Painting

i had dunshee do some work on my 2020 challenger widebody after I hit I big stick in the road. After I got my vehicle back I noticed my rock guards were screwed into the fender and not clipped on like I installed them. Dunshee denied ever taking them off but they are the only shop to have touched my car. Because the manager is watching his technicians all the time right? Will never let them touch another vehicle of mine.
