It cost too much for what you get in the summer, winter its ok. I do not like going and they are down for work that they should be doing after hours. You pay for service and you cannot get, or you have to waste gas going back a few times. Some of the workers are kind of smart butt, and think its funny, but it is not to ride across town to was your car and cannot get in. Also, I explained I did not want to paid on the 1st, that is not even when I started, today I went in and was told my card was expired. I hope it was, I do not want them to take any more money out of my account. I did not even know they went up until they starting taking the money! Its ok, but I can go somewhere else, if they do not lower my plan. Now I have to go back outside to get my account number so they will I hate I have them my card, going change it.

Very convienent, staff always have a smile, clean, wonderful resource for keeping your car clean, and glad it is in the neighborhood.

One of the best car washes ever. The VIP membership gains you access to the indoor vacuums and other equipment. It’s totally worth it. Staff like Tim at the West Main location make it even more enjoyable.

I mainly wanted to do a car wash to get to use the vacuums (thought it would be indoor vacuums since it’s freezing) and I chose this car wash with the indoor vacuums in mind. I told the person who helped me with my payment that that is why I wanted the basic wash. They said the vacuums will be available (again, I’m still thinking it was indoor vacuums) and I went on with payment and through the wash. (The wash was VERY high pressure, so beware…my trim piece on the top of my vehicle popped off a bit)! Easy fix to pop it back on. I proceed over to the indoor vacuum lane and come to find out you need a membership to use the indoor vacuums (which again, is why I chose this car wash)! Annoyed, I backed up to the outdoor vacuums and decided to just get over it being so cold and to use those vacuums since I mainly paid for that reason. WELL, the vacuums weren’t on…SO I proceed back to the “pay” machine for the indoor vacuums thinking I could just go ahead and just pay whatever to be able to vacuum inside since it was freezing outside and the vacuums weren’t on. I hit the help button because you needed to scan your membership card to go through that gate, and sat at that machine for a while after I hit the help button. I should have just left, and thought about it, but a gal came over & I mentioned I was told I could use the vacuums but they weren’t on, and asked if I could just pay to use the vacuums inside…NOPE! Can’t do that anymore I guess…she mentioned I would need a membership…but was not told any of this from the guy who helped me at the machine! All in all, she was able to go turn on the vacuums so I backed up AGAIN and vacuumed my car. I get that you may want to sell a membership, but I’m not from that side of town and just wanted a simple service. Just know that you will have to not be cheap and expect such luxury if you come to get your car vacuumed ?
