These people are cons all they care about is money. I was never told how the agreement will renew itself. I am sure all the other companies have some staff to inform their customers if they would like to renew their contract or not but these people will just have you sign everywhere and dont give a damn after .

Shame on these ppl all i have been getting is a run around i sent the to cancel the contract like i was suppose to. I got a call back asking why i wanted to cancel my service and later on they tell me they never got my latter. These people are bunch of liars. I have 10 bussiness i am so gald i only gave them 4. I cant get out of the argreement unless i pay $9500 or keep the service of another 3 years. Plz dont fell for these scamers

Buyer Beware!!!!! The salesman will not tell you this. When you time is up they want you to refer them to someone who will use their rugs. If you don't find them a referal the rugs just cost you $3000 to get out of your contract! Highway robbery!!!! Business like this should be flagged for predatory practices. This is crazy!! Onwers are much smarter than this to ever pay this type of fee.

13 years after signing contract , this Company threatens me from several angles as they try to intimidate me to give them 4800$ for contract violation. All because I thought I would give another local Company some support. Domestic linen is worse than the Mafia with their threats and tactics. Do not sign the contract !!

I wish i could give zero stars!I do not usually write reviews ,but I am so appalled on this companies behavior and tactics. I signed a lease almost 3 years ago before I even opened my business. Which means I hadn’t looked at my contract in about three years. On my end I should’ve went over it again just as a referral on what the protocol was. But was never told or reminded that you were automatically put into another three year contract no matter what without any contact from the company. On top of that the rules seem to be different from each business they work with considering I have other business owner friends who I communicate with and there are stories were each different from this company. So around the fourth time our bill went up this year in 2022 I finally called. I spoke to the absolute rudest person, and I’m not sure maybe named Ryan. If I am wrong I apologize. He could’ve cared less what I had to say or to answer any of my questions. I was wondering what our options were as far as canceling or when I could cancel and he said I just happen to call right at the time that I needed to call the cancel for January 2023. How convenient! I understand how contracts work I wasn’t even mad about that or the fact I didn’t check . I was more upset that I also mentioned our friend who just closed his business all he had to do was give him a referral and he was out of contract. But for my business I had to pay the full amount no matter what or keep the service. I go on to ask questions about mats we had logoed knowing that we only rent those and do not own them. He was aggressive and rude mannered and told me those are our mats you just rent them ! I said yes sir I know I just was asking how much I still owed on the logo mats and he continued to be aggressive in his words. If I didn’t wanna cancel already it was clear as day that I no longer wanted to be associated with this company . Now fast forward to September my bill has gone up for the fifth time in one year!! I think these practices are unacceptable and I do not recommend them whatsoever and I’m so sad that I gave away so much business to them and referrals. I am glad to be done in January and never have to deal with them again!!!

This company is something else they have you sign an auto renew rental agreement that states you have to cancel with in the last 6 months via certified letter, which we did and continued to pay the rest of the 6 months now they are trying to send me to collections unless I refer them to another business.... which i will not do as the service was horrible, they had multiple weeks not changing roll towels no new shop rags missing uniforms and missing rugs time and time again have been in contact with Chris, Marcus (plant gm) and Ryan both telling them verbally that i was not renewing and that there is service issues ... along with high turn over of driver performing the route and nothing changed they refused to give me a copy of my service agreement as well from the start to now.... over all this company is a scam that try's to trap you in a contract and doesn't care about there service, at first they were offering 1 year contract then discounts then refer another company to now trying to take me to collections for 7500$ for services not performed as its for the auto renal clause of there contract.... i as a business owner will not be trapped into poor service as the rental agreement is there to both protect the customer and supplier. i held up my end of the 3 year agreement and now they are trying to force me into another 3 or pay this fee which i will not do either.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . THEY WILL TWLL YOU A PRICE AND CHARGE YOU DOUBLE EVERY WEEK. The absolute worst customer service! My uniforms are so old and Domestic wont replace them. Please stay far away form their contracts. They will lock you in forever and they will overcharge. All they care about is $$$$$$$$ not you or the services they should be providing

This company is the biggest scam on the earth when the sales man talked to me he said there will be no contract and when I sold the restaurant the came after me and they want to charge me thousands of dollars because I couldn't stay with them

Our guys use Domestic uniforms everyday. They withstand mud, water, sewage, and other gross things. These uniforms hold up great through all of this. Would recommend.
