Nice hotel when visiting Kalamazoo. It's got a "former Holiday Inn" feel.

Great service from the staff and restaurant rooms were nice but the hotel is old but well maintained

We were checked in by a nice gentleman named Page(not sure of the correct spelling). He was very nice and helpful. I came back down later to ask a question and he remembered my name, which was nice. He also cheerfully greeted anyone coming in.
