They are amazing and the customer service is top notch. So glad we switched to to Allstate and chose this agency.. Tracy Wright and her employee's have been very helpful and always take the time to explain the policies without trying to sell you on something you don't need, definitely recommend after dealing with the State Farm's Sabrina Pritchett-Evans office which Still keeps trying to bill me for policies they no longer have.. Thank you to Tracy Wright and her staff at Allstate for making the switch so easy and for the time taken to go over each policy. Can't say enough good here, but I Greatly appreciate the easy transition..

Kept upping my insurance been with them for over 10 years and it just got worse and worse. I asked them why my insurance went up they said inflation made it go up. I have a perfect driving record and they raised it so much I called another place and saved almost 250 dollars a month on insurance.

Felt like I was lied too. Don't like change but you had my home owners insurance since 1980 so bundled my car insurance with you. Was told $106.00. It is now 160.00. That is more than I was paying at AAA! I will be shopping around to bundle home owners insurance and car insurance.
