Thank You Patty for all you've done for me, you absolutely go above and beyond for all your clients and occupants renting storage, every time I've had a problem and issue Patty has absolutely done the most to fix it, no matter how many people litter and leave trash everywhere you're always out here cleaning, picking things up and working so hard to get this place clean, everyday. This Establishment ad place would be NOTHING without you, Thank you for your hard work Patty!!!

The chubby guy with the nail polish and mustash will attempt to evict you if you go to your unit often. If you need support no one is ever in the office. There's dirty diapers and trash everywhere. He needs to spend more time cleaning and less time on his nails

Started with power in my unit then SROA built a climate controlled building and over night no warning power was turned off. Every 3-4 months the rent goes up. Wouldn’t recommend for long term storage needs.

Continuing issues with the facility, temperature control - management is extremely difficult to deal with will not get back and when they do not have answers. Low introductory rate, and once in charge is continually increases by the quarter.
