This place not worth the high rent they kept raising. Heard a man here had paid his rent came home from vacation was putting his stuff out. Not honest about arrangements. Paid my rent then was gonna put money on my balance came home to a eviction notice. All about money lived there 12 years never fixed nothing. They give nothing with the rent. Your better off in the street then rent here.

I’ve had more good experiences than bad while living here for almost 3yrs, management is good with handling things, maintenance is good as well, overall is a decent place to live.

I moved into Country Meadow in 2018 I soon realized what a mess and how unsafe my new community was we had non stop drug activities and crime that made me feel unsafe and want to immediately move. I'm 2019 we got a new property manager Heather has completely turned country meadow around .I can't rave Enough about her . She has made our community saferand enjoyable. Heather offers support to everyone resident at Country Meadow

I’ve stayed here for a little over 2 years and the best part about country meadows by far is heather the leasing representative at the office she makes the stay worth it very understandable and helpful with all situations she’s a wonderful!!

Bad community people not friendly vandalism from children not to mention I've had so many continuous problems with plumbing all the way to Foundation leaks to my hallway flooding since I've lived here my rents went up triple every time I renew it's not worth the money completely a trash community

I have resided at Country Meadow since 2012. I have to say Heather Lane does a great job at assisting my needs. The staff is courteous and very helpful since Heather arrived here..Also Dan the maintenance professional is very courteous and goes the extra mile..

My family and I have lived here for about 3 years now and the team at country meadow has been amazing. Heather will go the extra mile to help any situation personal or not because she simply cares about the people in our community. For being our first apartment it’s definitely overall a place to call home.

Apartments are nice. Dated but still nice. Management is much improved since Heather took over the property.She has helped myself and many others through some tough times.

I can say when you have a situation Heather is quiet compassionate. Had my dishwasher break down and had a new one in less than 48 hrs.

I must say it is a very nice and quiet area, close to the grocery stores restaurants etc.
the manager Mrs. Heather very easy going person wonderful to work and will be straight up with you, I haven’t heard but good things from my neighbors about the area and the manager as well, also maintenance very nice they take care of you ASAP. .. will keep you updated on the months to come.

Heather Lane is the best property manager ever. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we had the best rental experience possible. She is kind and she truly cares about the residents of country meadows. She is definitely an asset to the company and I am grateful for what she has done for me and my family.
