I was so happy to have been given Country Management's contact information from someone that I worked with. I could not have been happier! My apartment was spotless when I arrived. It had everything I could possibly have wanted from two different size coffee makers, assorted pots, pans and baking dishes, plenty of towels, hand soap, dish soap, and even a soft throw folded and on the sofa. I really only needed food and my own clothing. The furnishings were really nice looking and comfortable with two large TV's. The apartment was in a clean and safe neighborhood close to big store shopping. Jackie and Boz were quick to respond and the one time I had an issue with the furnace, it was repaired in less than 2 hours. They definitely treated me with integrity and respect. I would highly recommend them. I do wish I had taken photos.

Boz and Jackie are the best ! Very caring supportive with any property matters! I've been with Boz 7 years+... They grew into my family tree!

The management team is spectacular. The office team is just magnificent so nice. The house is amazing rent is affordable.I highly recommend country management.

If you want a landlord that tells and screams and hangs up on you this is your man! Bakshir Pisipati aka Boz is unprofessional, cheap, rude and hateful!He has no maintenance # on his voice mail, and his mail box is full. Not helpful!electric and plumbing is awful! He kicked meOut bc he had to pay money for a plumbing repair, served me with papers to move out FOUR DAYS before Xmas. I’ve been here four years! He wants to redo this house so he can make more money and my living situation doesn’t matter to him!Cannot wait to get out of here. I do not feel safe!Shame on you Jackie for working for this horrible person and supporting these actions!Rude- unprofessional and a slum lord!!!

Very unprofessional. Lived here 4 years and I needed an after hours, sewage water issue fixed and he refused. Hung up on me. Then sent a repair person anyways. Sent me a nasty message of the amount he paid TO REPAIR HIS OWN HOUSE. He completely lost his mind when I told him I didn't appreciate that he talked to me like that. He literally kicked me out after FOUR years! FOUR DAYS BEFORE XMAS!!! Loses temper in 2 seconds. Sends the sketchiest people to fix things. Electrical is a mess. They just slap a coat of paint on. It's a dump! I asked his maintenance guy about him and he said "that's just Baz"!! The inspector said he is ahoy head and has heeled at him. Baz=Bakshir Pisapati. Threaten people with housing. It's disgusting!!! Cannot wait to get out of here!

Called to ask about pricing, got called ma'am, and when I tried to politely correct the person, he started yelling and assuming I had said I wasn't a man. I didn't even get to ask further, I just hung up because the way I was spoken to was just intolerable. If that's how they speak to people on the phone, I don't even want to imagine what living there would be like.

I was sent to them by my advocate she spoke so highly of them I'm praying I get approved for something, I only have one issue is that I was told country Meadows V didn't have an opening and I found out on Rently and from a tenant that is one, the nice lady in the office told me to my face everything looked good and she did kind of speak for me and over talk me a bit but over all I felt a home feel no matter the outcome of my application status. I'd recommend this company she was warm and inviting and most of all had time to hear my story it's embarrassing enough to practically beg for a place these days for second chances but everyone needs a hand and I heard these folks do just that they're professional and runs a business a fair one I'm hoping but I heard so.. I'll tell a friend most definitely will recommend them.. We need more inviting people and caring souls and God fearing folks christians out here and together we can end a crisis one at a time .. God bless these people and all that's alike.. not doing this for exceptance I'm doing this because the energy I felt when I walked in the building she was patient. I was a nervous wreck un organized because I been working 16 hrs ,5 days straight maintaing my kids looking for stable housing but she was patient and even talked about other stuff. Thanks ma'am.. I forgot your name.Id like to add in the last three yrs I've lost both parents and my fiance and left from a bad situation from and my kids lost everything they remember and I promise it felt good to speak to a soft spoken person who seen me and not what I really been through..

THE very best property management company by far! Thank you, Baz~! Any time I have an issue/work order, that needs attention, Baz, Ron and the office staff are on top of it, Thank you! Ron is an absolute delight, as well as, G & G (George). p.s. Baz was there for me when I needed help with my unique situation with my mother; I'll never forget the compassion & assistance you gave to my (deceased) mom & to me.. :)
