I detest this store! From the ridiculous parking lot, to the inept and extremely rude employees, and the wind tunnel entrance not worth a membership, and I surely don’t want the horrible customers to end up at Sam’s either!!!

Costco was really packed with customers but we'll stocked, surprised how fast and efficient check I ng out was.. clerks were very friendly and funny.. made us laugh.

Great value for the money. Generally busy but they handle the crowds well. The wait staff is very courteous. I wish they would quit dropping my favorite items.

Just don't like that they barely pay attention to your membership card except for the self checkout lanes. This is usually when I went in to get a few things, I have my hands full, and I'm trying to get out. I walk up to self checkout and they ask for your membership card. "Hold on please. Let me set my things on the floor so I can reach in my purse on my right hip, dig for my wallet, and get my membership card out." When you literally will see me scan my membership card moments later or else I can't check out? Why is it necessary to inconvenience me at the most inconvenient time? They also hassle you about guests and who's paying with what card. Sam's does not ever, not once, do any of this. I don't understand. I love the products you carry or I'd seriously reconsider a membership. Also was hassled when I wanted to renew my membership and I had my driver's license with the incorrect address on it (my address sticker had washed off the back). I just renewed my license a few days prior and they wanted me to come back after I got my new license in 5 to 7 days. Well, that doesn't help me now when I need groceries. I ended up having my sister with me and we signed up under her name instead. I don't understand all of the hassles. Maybe if I did, it wouldn't upset me so much.
