We had alternator issues on a Sunday and they were open, willing to work on it and get us running again. The job was more complicated than expected but they communicated that early and had us up and running as soon as possible on Monday. EXTREMELY thankful and impressed with their work, knowledge, and reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Not dependable,they never showed up and never called to let me know.State Farm was sending them out poor choice ...I am going to contact State Farmperhaps they should reconsider this company.

Do not ever use this service, I asked for a flat bed tow and they brought a repo style truck damaged my vehicle and their insurance denied the claim.

????? SUPERB, SUPERB service absolutely hands down the #BEST "Staff, Prices, Quailty Parts/ Repairs in #MICHIGAN"!!! Oh can't forget to mention #SAME DAY SERVICE no matter what the repairs are! Being from the Eastside of the state unable to reach my local mechanic/ dearliship, car undriveable & let's all be truthful right. When it comes to our cars the aniexty one goes through when allowing a new mechanic/ auto shop to repair our vehicle is a mental challenge each second of the minute.Speaking with numerous auto shops before making the greatest decision to try "Corks Auto Service" upon calling speaking with a gentleman name "Chris" his knowledge of what I was experimenting with my vehicle instantly gave me the calamity feeling I was in safe hands & amongst an expertise! Not many auto shops offer their own "Tow Truck" service, well here you can guarantee not only a safe towing but one in a timely fashion. Thinking that my issue was going to take longer than a day, even week due to every other auto shop claiming to be "Back Up" from so much work. @ Corks Auto Service they encourage the work loads & pride themselves on having your vehicle out the #SAME DAY as each of my visits has been!!! Your mechanic can't get your parts on the same day, @ Corks Auto Service never a issue, your mechanic can't work efficiently & proficiently while under heavy work loads, @ Cork Auto Service never a issue! Thank you guys so much for all the work you have performed thus far & any time I'm on the "Westside" of the state your auto shop is always my first choice for any auto repairs!!! ?????Services: Car towing

Scheduled a tow and they cancelled their service nearly an hour after the ETA they provided. I tried to contact them multiple times, however, they did not answer the phone and their voicemail was full.I understand the weather conditions are bad but this was just poor customer service.

After working 12 hours, I found myself locked out of my car. This company reminded me that there are good people in this world! After problems with insurance, he showed up very fast and genuinely wanted to be sure I got home and wasn’t stuck out in the cold.

1st time the lady came and almost blew the battery up. Place the wrong cables2nd timeThey don't come when the supposed to. They picked up my claim three times and never showed up. Voicemail is full and no call back from my missed call.Service: Battery

Good luck w this company, lol... Waited nearly 4 hours for roadside assistance and no one ever showed up, smh. Tried calling several times with no answer and voicemail is full, so I couldn't leave a message. Canceled thru my insurance, even tho I had to prepay for the services I never received... Gonna go with a dif company that will communicate w me and more than likely actually show up within the quoted time. I'd suggest if you're reading this, you do the same

I was stuck in a parking lot close to dark. I was there alone when I called for help. Thankfully, I was able to get my car started on my own before the service arrived. However, I was very disappointed in a different business who didn't even try to help me. Once I was able to cancel my call , I received a call from their fantastic service man, Dan. He reached out just to make sure that I was safe after seeing that I had canceled the call. He was very genuinely concerned, and I'm very grateful for his service.Service: Battery
