I can't stand this bank in kalamazooral. I have had this bank for quite some time in Arizona. And then I moved to kalamazoo. Worst service, there's only one location in Kalamazoo, end the A. T, m, it's always broken when the location is not open. Or the door is broken, and it won't accept your card to get in. There is a drive up ATM on westnage in portage, and that's usually broken as well. It's such a pain to try to actually use the bank services.

I been a Chase customer for years! First tine at this branch. The outside ATM was a little tight but I took care of my business.

Overall good service, it was a little rushed due to time restrictions but they share with me good information and I needed up opening an account after getting information from other branches.

9 times out of 10 the ATM on Westnedge is out of service. The downtown branch has zero parking and lots of sketchy people hanging around - pass. I'm guessing that Chase REALLY would prefer that I bank at human friendly Arbor - and I am.

The ATM is 24 hours. It also takes NFC.... So it works with your phone... I've been in those kinds of emergencies... So I thought I should post that.

Act i give them o stars. DONT go with chase. They will take u money. Hold it hostage and spin u lie to u . terrible customer service. For 1 shut down my account without any for warning. There 3 ways they could contacted. Me tell me they were shutting my account down. Nope they just did it. So where my check was suspose go direct deposit. When call the e mich branch do think they said cone in well get new account get all set up nope nothing bad service who does that. Then got 10 diff ppl telling u 10 diff things. And now on nect pay check and cant even get first one. Got bills and stuff to aoy take punk. 100 bucks and give me money for call attorney this wrong. Terribke custoner service ride then hubg up on me cause they cant communicate get it right. What a joke. Never in life seen rider dont know what there all talkin about or doing bank location. Do not use chase esp e michigan locations there a joke

This atm location is a guaranteed lawsuit waiting to happen. As it states on the window "insert card into slot after hours access to ATM"... An ATM card is supposed to be required to open the door and access the ATM, but anyone can walk in at any time because the latch on the door is broken. Very unsafe for customers! And the drive up atm machine in Portage Michigan is ALWAYS DOWN, so that is NEVER an alternative. Terrible!
