STAY AWAY!! They illegally moved vendors into my unit and denied me access to my own property! They ghosted me and then told me it was my fault. The policies and action staff take is utterly insane and they will do everything in their power to scam you. Important to note, they will NEVER respond to any attempts at communication, and will ghost you! They do not care and it is apparent with all interactions you will have with them. Please avoid this property as they will try everything to scam you and as they run illegal operations!!

I lived here two years, when I moved out this year, they charged me and my 3 other roommates 200$ EACH for “garbage” when our place was spotless. After we asked for proof they even admitted that It was an incorrect charge and removed it for my roommates. The problem is I had my auto pay still on and it charged it automatically. The management at the time admitted fault and claimed they were going to send a check, and after checking in a few weeks later. Everyone that was involved with the issue had suddenly “moved on from the company.” The new management claimed that they would look into it but all I’ve gotten was an email that they passed it off to upper management. It’s been almost 3 months now, no check, and they stopped answering the phone when I call.
If you want to live here for the pool and gym and proximity to campus, I understand. But I promise you are better off going into the townhouses down the street or even 58 west, and using the SRC.
The maintenance here is awful, our dryer was broken for over a year, before anyone would even come to look at it. We didn’t have a dishwasher for an entire semester, and we had to tell them it was flooding our house just to get it replaced.
Management will harass you with fees and violations over nothing. Security is a complete joke, I’ve had friends get their apartment broken into and laptops and consoles taken, a friends car get stolen and the windows broken out, I’ve walked into the main office at night and the security guard was asleep on the couch…
Unless you are extremely lucky, your apartment will most likely have major problems that you will have to deal with for months, and I can guarantee you this place will cost you more than it looks like on paper.

Iv had such a horrible experience living here. I live in a 2 story 4 bed with only one other roommate. She works full time while I am mostly at my home town so neither of us are ever there but they still choose to give us almost 300$ utility bills. When bringing this up to staff they admit it is a crazy high bill and its incorrect but say they cant do anything about it. Many many problems with maintenance as well. Our washer and dryer unit have been broken the entire time we've lived here, we called maintenance many times for it and they said they fixed it but it was never fixed, only to finally replace it a few weeks before we move out. Only useful amenity would really be the gym, as the tanning and pool has weird hours, work during most of them. The only plus of this complex is the walking distance to campus. Considering the insanely expensive rent along with the insane utility bills and disgusting apartment itself it is NOT worth living here and I cannot wait to move out. its also ridiculous the large cleaning list we have to complete in order to move out but when we moved in our apartment was absolutely filfthy and had a cabinet full of rotten potatoes that creating a insane smell throughout the entire apartment. Save yourself the trouble and do not live here.

Went to go pick up my step-son from his place at Campus Court. The place looked like trash. For starters, the grass was probably over 2 feet tall, obviously had not been taking care of for months. Although this lack of care for the lawn made you lose your feet with every step, you could still see the dog poop littered everywhere around the area. He also had mold in his apartment that seemed to simply be painted over. My step-son pays upwards of $700/month, which is more expensive than other places around campus although it undoubtedly possesses inferior quality. Campus Court clearly does not care about their residents and banks on the fact that they are so close to campus in order to draw in students who can’t commute by car to class.

I love and admire how hard the campus court staff works! Maintenance came the same day I put in a request and got the job done quickly and correctly! I appreciate Sarah so much for checking in and working hard for me to be comfortable in my apartment! They’re amazing!!

Keegan was especially helpful in completing the application process, including Guarantorship… I had difficulty with Wi-Fi access, and he helped by phone to complete necessary paperwork & facilitate electronic documentation. Very responsive & followed through with subsequent emails. Very pleasant experience!

Currently trying to get out of this lease. I would give 0 stars if possible for review. But campus court at Knollwood is a scam and trashy. The maintenance sucks, the people living there suck and the management sucks. Truth be told it’s a crash pad that’s overpriced and ran by dumb college kids that have no clue what to do. Don’t waste your time and definitely don’t waste your money. They will raise rent every month and never have a valid reason as to why you’re paying $1,300/month for a 1 bedroom apartment that never gets maintenance or managed. I would strongly recommend just getting a trailer in the trailer park if you can settle for this place. It’ll be cheaper too
