What an INCREDIBLE Lego store! The staff was Absolutely the B-E-S-T (extra thanks to Emma & Brian & Johnny & Tyrone)!!! You all truly made the twins birthday a lego experience they loved!

We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday at Bricks & Minifigs recently and I would highly HIGHLY recommend them. Ethan and Allison were amazing party coordinators. Ethan kept the kids so excited and on track with all the different challenges and he was an excellent cake cutter as well! Allison’s attention to detail was greatly appreciated as well, I loved that she gave me a list of who gave which gifts so I could send thank you cards. Being 9 months pregnant, they both made the day go so smooth!
The communication from Monica prior to the party was also top notch..it made the party planning effortless!

I cannot say enough nice things about Bricks and Minifigs Kalamazoo and their staff. Always a great experience going there. Chris is super helpful and patient with my 7 y/o when he is deciding what Minifigs he wants.

I love going here any chance I get because they always have awesome new stuff, and the staff is incredible. They have an amazing selection of minifigs and sets ranging from different lines and themes. I would recommend going to this location.

I went to Bricks and Minifigs with one of my friends yesterday and I loved it. The staff there was extremely friendly and the gentleman that checked us out had fantastic customer service. I was my first time in the store and I let my inner child out. The staff didn’t bombard us right when we walked in, they let everything just soak in before seeing if we needed help with anything. That’s one of my favorite parts, being able to soak everything in without being hounded by “how can we help?” Or “what can I get you?” When it was clearly our first time in the store. I would highly recommend this store to kids and adults alike!!

We are late on this review, as our son had his birthday party in the spring of 2023, but we still wanted to share our great experience.
Ethan and Sean ran our party, and did a great job. We loved the open building at the beginning while we waited for everyone, and all of us participated. We loved all the planned builds, activities, and prizes. We got our cake through the partner with BAM, and it was wonderful! The kids especially liked the cake pop minifig heads.
We really enjoyed the entire party, and all of the adults stayed, joined in, and had fun, too!
Any planned party at a venue like this has a price tag in the low hundreds (we've done several). For our Lego-loving kiddo, this was a great experience and value. We had a blast, and fully recommend BAM Kalamazoo for a fun party experience.

Such a fun store with super duper friendly staff! Even when it’s super busy, everyone is so nice and polite and educated on the product. I’ve only been here twice, but each time has been a wonderful experience ✨

Recently moved to kzoo and my husband was so excited to check this place out. I was excited to go with him, as we love building Lego sets together. We walked in, and no one greeted us or even acknowledged our presence at all. There were 4 or 5 staff (?) all standing in a circle, talking and laughing. I only caught snippets of what they said, but some of it made me very uncomfortable. We decided (against my better judgment) to buy something, and we stood at the counter for 2-3 minutes before someone even noticed we were standing there ready to give them our money. I was about ready to walk out. Not a great first impression.

We recently hosted our son's birthday party here and had a wonderful experience! Compared to other venues, this was so unique and offered lots of add-on options with the party package. The planning process was easy, communication with the staff was terrific, and our party hosts were full of energy and really engaged with the kids. The party room is a beautiful space, very clean and well thought out. As a parent I enjoyed being able to sit back and enjoy the event while our party host took care of everything. We hope more people will take advantage of this local gem and choose to host a party here!
