Very honest and polite staffs and manager and good service. More than week ago, I lost my credit card at one of their gas pump. I realized that I lost my card in that store only when I came back to my home where is about 3 hours driving distance from the store. I called store late at night, a staff immediately realized what I was calling for and quickly ID my identity with my card that a person turned in. I told him to mail the card to my home, and he politely told me he was not sure if he can do this or not. However, he said he will tell his manger tomorrow about my request and ask me to call back. Next day or two, I called the store, the store manager answered the phone and told me that she already mailed the credit to my house and told me I will receive it in a few days. Three days late, I received my card. I am very much appreciate what the store did for me, it save me a lot of hassle and trouble. I will say thank to store staff and manager include the person who turn in my credit card. I will definitely go back to this gas station next time when I visit Kalamazoo.

Right off the interstate. Perfect for travelers to gas up, get snacks and use restroom right? Restroom is unavailable. You expect me to spend money at your station but I can’t use a restroom? What a joke.Go to speedway 500ft away

Drive all this way to get the gas on an almost empty take, got there the place was lit up, someone was at the cash register as I got out to go to the door to pay with my cash, it was locked and the worker went to hide somewhere. Horrible customer service.

I had been driving for about three hours and I stopped at BP to fill up with gas. I had a gift card that the card reader would not read. I kept waiting, because the screen said waiting on cashier. After a few minutes of waiting she eventually spoke to me over the intercom saying that I needed to go inside. After I filled my tank, I asked her where the bathroom was. She said that the bathroom was for employees only. I explained that I had been driving for a long time, but she still wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. She was also rude to me, when I had tried to explain that their screen was misleading.

I will start by saying that this store makes some of the absolute best bbq chicken pizza around. I absolutely love it. I would stop in frequently for that and lottery scratch offs. That is until just 4 days ago when i stopped to buy some cashwords and immediately upon entering the store i was told i wasnt allowed on the property. The reason, because of something my ex had done months prior that resulted in him being banned from the store. Ok, so what does that have anything to do with me? I wasnt even around when that happened and had since then been in that store numerous times. Ive never done anything wrong in that store and they have no grounds on which to ban me. Punish me for someone else's actions when i wasnt even there? Theres no way im going to just let it go, and am looking into what kind of legal action i can take against this since the company has yet to respond to the email i sent. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Station would not honor my 5 cent discount through the BP app (pump flashed some kind of message about loyalty discount being unavailable). Also, does not have public restrooms (what kind of gas station right off the freeway doesn't have public restrooms?)

Awful place. Popped in late at night in the middle of a road trip for gas and unhealthy snacks. Got in one of the long lines and waited for a long time. Then, with a few people still in line, the cashier shut down. No apology, didn't move people to another line, and the other line was just as long and slow moving. I balked, and he just looked at me briefly, then turned back to counting out his drawer. I said "What the hell, we were all in line! Why would you shut down and not even say anything?" Another fellow working behind the counter but not ringing up customers said "he didn't shut down, he has to count out his drawer." He didn't respond, shrugged and continued not helping customers. But the line I was in was shut down, and I wasn't going to go to the back of another line, so I left.

Love this station! Amazing staff, clean restrooms, and amazing pizza! Always the cheapest gas on this part of sprinkle! Right off the highway.

I got a 6 inch sub that was like 4 inches with hard end of bread and then the guy was making one for himself that was double mine
