I have been in the Drake Road store 3 days in a row. I had to buy a new phone and I' not tecky!!Will and Tyler BOTH DESERVE A BONUS.They are both patient and helpful AND have to deal with all the "South Haven people & all the challenging Issues."They are both awesome with all the customers. Please consider a bonus for them !!! (I'm not sure how many people would be as patient as they are).

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought an iPhone here almost 3 months ago and I'm only still with them bc you have to be with your old company for 3 months or more to switch and keep your number. I'm switching companies this month. Service while buying the phone they're getting a commission for is great. But once they have that sale, you can forget about customer service. Been in there 3 or 4 times bc my signal significantly dropped in my second week of service to the point I couldn't even make calls or get anything to load. Without looking at my phone or really trying to help at all, I was just told it was either the towers or I needed to update my software (even though I have the latest update) and they "didn't know what to tell me". Don't go with Boost, but if you have to, don't go here for it. To top off their "great service", I got woken up this morning with a call from their store where they gave some cryptic one-liner about Boost Infinite and then hung up before I could even respond. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here. You'll be left with so little signal that you can't even watch Netflix at 3am and they'll give you the line that they lower your data during "busy times".

Will was so helpful today. I came in the store almost in tears because I was having trouble canceling a port from another provider so I could stay with Boost. Will was so reassuring and kind I think he actually brought my heart rate back down to normal. He helped me navigate the issue and got me back with Boost in no time at all. I would highly recommend visiting Will at this store if you are having any issues with your Boost account. THANK YOU, WILL!

After several failed attempts to fix a problem with using the new phone, employee Will was able to solve the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and well educated on all the details in the the phone. He was also very polite and understanding of the lack of knowledge we possess in regards to electronics. We went here because we heard that we needed to get a replacement sim card for our phones. The person there told us we didn't need a new card, so we thought we were good. As it turns out we do need new cards. So we opted to get them through the mail. We'll never go back to that store.

That Zach guy at the Plainwell location doesn't deserve to have that job. I was 20 mins outside waiting for him to open the door. OPEN sign was on. Door was locked. He at one point went outside to smoke a cigarette. Open time was 11am. I was there in and out on my car, went to the door 4x from 10:54am-11:25am. I got so annoyed I went to Drake Rd & seen Aarron, he was so helpful, so nice, overly apologetic for the Plainwell locations employee && how I was blatantly ignored. So I am not rating the store. Went to go here because we thought we were going to switch providers. With all the extras and activation and insurance and what not it was over our budget. Plus just the monthly bill alone would be more than what we are paying now
