The employee was not very friendly. He also did not explain or offer details about plans. I had to "pull" info out of him by asking the same question different ways to get answers I was looking for.

It is as ok but, I feel the guy was having bad day. However, he did help me with all my questions so he is was helpful! The boost store by my house has been closed for a least 3 weeks now. Wish they would open back up!

Free transfer to 5G is $35, they don't understand Free. My suggestion is find a different carrier, get a free phone, lower monthly rates and no activation fee.

Came in for a couple problems with my phone and left very happy with a brand new phone that was very affordable! The lady in there Amber was very nice and helped me solve every problem I had before I left!! I'm a very happy customer! I recommend this store to any one any time!! Thank you so much amber you were amazing!! I will definitely be back to see you in the future with any problems or questions I may have!!
