I never really care for boost Mobile but it's been a long time that I gave him a nice shot so I went now and see how much it was to switch over to a service and they say I got to pay almost $248 really when if you switch over to a metro if you go to the right store and talk to the right guy you get free

Worker hassle like crazy. When boost was updating phones to get a new sim card to work with 5g rolling out, he told us we had to buy a new phone. He didn't try to help us out at all. It was a lie. We called up our cell provider and had a chip sent to us without having to buy a new phone and it works great. The kid also argued with us and has no respect for customers. This place is a joke and the workers are terrible. I really need to start taking pictures of bad encounters. I will never go here again and recommend that nobody does.

The toothless African American lady who works there has terrible customer service skills. She stood by the door blowing smoke from her smelly cigarette at us as we entered. Apparently it was more important that she finish her cigarette break than Greet us. She was dressed in sweat pants & crocs-very unprofessional attire. I’m not sure if it’s due to her lack of teeth but it was hard to understand what she said, her speech was slurred & she mumbled a lot. She seemed as if she had a million better things to do than help us. Won’t ever be going there again.

????RDONT NOT SHOP here!????They rip their customers off. When you buy a phone they will offer you a “Free” phone case or other accessory then still charge you. They charged me for $80 saying it would go towards my next bill because this months bill was already paid. I never received a receipt for the $80. Then come the next bill cycle my phone service was turned off. $80 did not appear on my account. They hustle me out of $105 ????Check your receipt I bet they over charged you!
