I went into this store a few weeks ago and it was so hot in there wasn’t in there for 5 minutes and started sweating and the employee girl name was alexis, was so disrespectful it was unreal I wasn’t expecting them to be that way

Yesterday I bought a xfinity prepaid internet box at the Mt. Morris Boost store lacated at 11956 N. Saginaw st, total cost $62.70. Supposed to be easy to hookup plug into the power outlet and coaxial in your house. NOPE NADDA. Never worked After many rounds with technical and customer service listed in the starter kit paperwork. xfinity wanted to charge me $150 service tech fee. The store claims that is wrong. Well appointment set, Get a automated call stating that the technician is unable to make the appointment today, would you like to reschedule? hit the button....nearest date next upcoming MONDAY late in the day. I decide had enough just want my money back. I went to the Boost store 4 times in 2 days, no refunds, per store You have to take it to MIller rd Flint Xfinity. Went there, NOPE, Xfinity store states its on them and they will not refund from a thrid party. Spent 45 minutes in that store with technical services and the manager plus the service rep from Xfinity. No refund. You have to wait for a service tech. I just wanted my $62.70 refunded thats it. Call my bank, have to file a credit card fraud report in order to to put a hold or asked for the refund. Next stop Mt. Morris PD, reported filed....investigation began. Seriously all for just $62.70. My advice go somewhere else, the manager, the sales associate were no help.

Came here @ 4pm on a Sunday and they were actually open!!! The sales girl wad super helpful and me and my husband got new phones. So thankful for her ?
