Wow!!!! so I called the best way disposal and the dispatcher was really rude and I mean REALLY RUDE! I’m surprised they have someone like her working for them! lol she told me it’s okay for them to leave a mess on the road if they come and my garbage is already in the trash can so they can leave a mess in the road and they don’t have to pick it up off the street I feel like if they don’t take all the trash at least put the trash back in the garbage can like they found it we didn’t make the mess the Best Way Disposal did at least clean up your freaking mess THANK YOU!!!! Well she said that and hung up in my face not okay thank you for calling what is wrong with these self entitled people smh ??♀️

Have been on auto pay and the last four time they were supposed to charge my account they didnt and never sent an email they also didn't remove the late fee trying to say it's my fault they didn't charge my card going back to republic

I find it weird that a garage company does not pick up any extra lose trash bags, if the trash can is full - especially when they are sitting right next to the can. Sometimes it’s a crazy week and not everything will fit in the dang can. Now I’ll be full again for the next pickup, ugh!

Went to go dump a load of garbage off the first time we went we had a full truck bed full it was 67 dollars the second time we did it was less full full and cost us 110 dollars I guess it just depends on who's working

We LOVE this company and services! I have heard nothing but complaints from my friends over the years about rising cost for garbage services with other companies. Best Way has been consistent with pricing and so pleasant to work with. I only wish they serviced a larger area, so I could recommend them to friends who want to ditch less reputable companies. Thank you Best Way!!!!

They came and parked in front of our neighbors house, and took our trash can out of our ring camera view, through the neighbors yard. They said we hadn’t paid, which we had because it’s a quarterly bill. They said they sent notices in the mail but definitely didn't as we check our mail every day, they said they didn’t have our email on file so they couldn’t send an email. They kept taking our trash up until today when they came and took the can also. Why give us service if our bill is at an outstanding balance like they claim? We have used them for a year and a half and never had issues until now. Completely ridiculous.

Update: Every time you receive a bill, the price goes up on service. And it's now $13.23 PER HOUSE for fuel alone. Ridiculous.Pickup service is inconsistent. Customer service refuses to acknowledge any internal issues and places blame on the customer. They've missed pickups on several occasions despite containers being put out the night before. Instead of remedying the problem, they will send you their calendar schedule in the mail insinuating it's your fault. Prices go up with each bill. And let's not forget about the added fuel charge of $5.48 currently PER HOME.

How dare you blame the Customer before Asking the Driver...*You didn't have your Garbage can Out in time!(We don't remove our Can from the Street because of the Reason)Then she proceed to Say...*The Driver Might not Have Seen it because It was Dark out!*The Driver could Have Missed it because we have Drivers On Vacation.

If I could leave a ZERO I would! They not only marked I canceled my service BEFORE my bill was due. Came onto my property, through a latched gate, with my pitbull in the back yard and decided they were taking my bin. I was not behind, in fact the bull isn't due until tomorrow! I called the office and asked for a a manager as this is completely unacceptable!!! They then HUNGUP on me! This is by far the worst company I've ever worked with! Garbage of a company! Literally!

I generally pay 6 months ahead. Last cycle I noticed an 8 dollar charge for the PREVIOUS cycle. “Additional service charge”. I kindly asked if this could be removed. It’s like I asked someone to cut a finger off. Rude, callous, I felt degraded. “We only LOCK IN your price if you pay for an entire year” is what I was told. So it CAN be done, just not for us trying hard to stay a bit ahead. No attaboy for the little guy. I paid my 3 months and will go elsewhere after 20 years. 8 bucks.Service: Trash removal & disposal
