I had four new tires installed on my Jeep Compass along with an alignment. When I got it back, I noticed the steering wheel was off centered to the right along with my vehicle pulling to the right. The next day I tried to take it back to the Main street location, but they were fully booked for the day so I brought it to the Gull road location where I talked to Chas. They told me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that it will never drive straight again, according the Gull road location. I did not accept that as a solution, as it’s only a couple years old. The next day, I took it back to the original Main Street location and they said the same thing, although the vehicle drove worse than before.
UPDATE: After taking it to the to the dealer since Belle Tire would not help me, even after $1,200, I was told it needed new tie rods, a rack and pinion and a couple other minor issues that they considered a safety concern and stated that Belle Tire should have noticed and they were surprised that they let me leave and did not take the job. To say the least, I will never buy tires from Belle Tire again, although I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Also, my dealer will be getting $4k for the repairs now instead of Belle!

I’d give 500 stars for having me in and out my car in less than a hour around rush hour time. Just needed an oil change on a rental but it was super smooth, professional, and quick. Thanks Brian for making sure everything was situated for us and for not suggesting any extra services that I didn’t need at the time like most shops I’ve gone to do. Definitely recommend this spot for any of your car needs

I was able to schedule my appointment that same day for an alignment. Literally took about 35 mins I was able to hangout on the lounge while I waited. Super happy with my service! Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Thank you for the fast professional service! It was a busy Friday, but they got my tire patched and rotated within a few hours. Also, when I couldn't make it back, they kept the car inside over the weekend. Thanks guys!

I had my tires rotated and brakes safety inspected at Belle while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. They did the tasks within the promised time, were very professional and found and gave me an estimate of another task that needed attention. I was completely satisfied with their work and my interactions with the staff. They did a great job for me. Thanks!

Very good mechanic took time to figure out my front end noise and alignment guys do great job I won't hesate to come back again 5 stars plus they got my 25 yr old truck figured out on the alignment very happy thank you

I called and asked about a repair. I already knew what needed to be fixed. The person who answered the phone told me their policy was to charge me a $140 diagnostic fee. I asked if they would apply that towards the repair if I allowed them to fix the issue. He said no. That fee was on top of whatever the repair would be. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! First off, WHY would I pay for something that I already know the answer to? Second, Why are you charging $140 to plug a code reader in that will take 5 minutes? I get that maybe they have been burned before just trusting what a customer said. Just give me something to sign that says they are doing what I asked and I'm aware that it may not fix the problem and they are not responsible. Or, don't gouge your potential customers out of $140. Make it more reasonable. Times are tough. Vehicles are necessary. Do better!!

These guys got me in last minute when my tire had a leak right before I was about to go on vacation. Wouldn’t have been able to go had they had not gone the extra mile to take care of me. Very thankful!

This store did an outstanding job at a fair price. Had a tire blow out by hitting a large hole on the shoulder at speed. The aluminum wheel rim was badly bent. I changed the tire with the donut spare on the side of the road. Turns out the donut was no good. I was able to limp into Belle hoping to buy a wheel but they no longer stock wheel rims.The assistant manager, Jeffrey was awesome. He had to special order a wheel for me. A really bad day was soon getting better. Thanks, Jeffrey.
