I do not recommend this one!!! We booked a non-smoking room but there was a strong smoke smell in the room we were first given. The person at the counter said “Ya, our rooms are all non-smoking but people do as they please”. They seem to have no system in place to keep that from happening. I don’t think they care. Asked for another room and the key didn’t open the door. Asked for our money back and were told to call Wyndham and speak with the manager. We went to Sleep Inn 10 minutes down the road for a good night.

Very shabby condition. Only sheets on the beds, no blankets or bedspread. No trash can. No coffee maker. No toilet paper or facial tissue. Noisy. Heater only blows cold air. Smells dirty. Never again!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We changed rooms 3 times. The first room we walked in and the lights didn’t work, & there was no LOCK on the main door. The beds in the room has hairs, boogers and stains. The second room, there was SOMEOME AND THEIR WHOLE FAMILY. The third room; main light didn’t work. Bugs on the walls, floors are soft about to fall threw. Never will be staying here again. The heaters / ac in all room smell like their gonna catch fire soon. I was there for family weekend for WMU. I would never stay here again. The place is filthy, smelled all weekend of weed, there were domestic fights both inside and outside of the hotel, had barking dogs, and outside doors either didn't lock or the keys would not work. Stay at your own risk.

The place was disgusting, the bathroom was so terrible. I wouldn't even take a shower in it. The clientele were really sketchy. We were worried about everything we had to getting stolen.Rooms: The rooms were so discussed, and we didn't even want to sleep there.

Location is good if you are going to Wings but I will never stay here again and highly recommend you don't either. The rooms were filthy and stinky. Mold on bathroom walls and ceiling, broken lamp and toilet paper holder, moldy food in refrigerator. A sorry excuse for breakfast, filthy elevator. Nothing good about this place.Rooms: horrible

This was literally the WORST hotel experience in my entire 31 years of life, and I’ve been to many hotels. This one is SO run down and grungy. The staff were very unpleasant. The carpet is filthy and has a weird residue on it. When we got into our first room, it smelled like an ashtray. They gave us a new room which was slightly better but still had a weird smell. The whole place smells like weed. They wouldn’t give us a plastic fork when asked, didn’t have ANY hand soap and told us to “just use shampoo”, no toilet paper in the room, and I found what looked like a pubic hair on the bathroom floor. They charged our credit card 3 times and were extremely difficult when we tried to get answers. I will never stay here again. Or probably any other Wyndham hotels. Don’t recommended it to anyone!

This place has to been the worst! Dirty, smells like smoke everywhere. Garbage as soon as you park. Beer bottles and garbage there all weekend, We had to change rooms, twice no ac / next toilet didn't flush, no clock, microwave did not work, remote did not work. There was no blanket just 2 flat sheets. Breakfast - Only waffles and a few bagels. Not even creamer for coffee. 5 People smoking weed by front door regularly, only 2 towels and 3 hangers?! Il never stay here again!We should have never prepaid!Noteworthy details: Very dated, needs to be deep cleaned and deodorized. Rooms need bedspread!

This was rough. When you walk in your are greeted with the musty aroma of cigarettes and flies circling around the front desk. There were some sketchy looking people hanging around. Go to the room to find stains on our bedsheets. The lady at the desk was kind enough to give us new sheets and let us know if we run into any other issues. But room service either has visual problems or does not care at all. The highlight of the stay was SpongeBob playing on the TV at 6am. The bathroom was a sight to behold as well. Looked like some form of cheese on the curtain. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Horrible!!!! We booked online and when we pulled up our first thought was ohhhhh my, this is a very sketchy place! There were several less than respectable individuals just hanging around. We had made the reservation about a week prior so we figured we were pretty much stuck there but when we attempted to check in the lady at the desk (also a little sketchy) promptly informed us there were no rooms available and offered no explanation, no help, and no concern for our situation. Fortunately the Holiday Inn Express was close and had a room so they inevitably did us a favor. Based on the looks of the place I would avoid at all costs.

My room was damp. The bed felt like sleeping in a towel you just used to dry off from a shower. The room was run down. This place is in serious need of updating & renovations. Spend a few $ more and stay somewhere else. Missing lamp shades, broken smoke detector, missing things on the wall, nasty looking bathtub drain.... avoid this place.

This was actually the worst shit show I've ever reserved! Half the hotel is being used as shelter for families, and they are still renting the other half out. Between the dogs barking, kids running around all hours screaming, the lack of actually clean linens , "no more towels" constant cigarette smoke smells, weed in every corner(I was literally hotboxxed coming down the elevator) pool closed my entire stay, no coffee makers in room, key cards not working.. lack of actual workers.. not 1 of these things I am kidding about! If that's not enough for you, the carpets were sticky and cockroaches were crawling on my walls! Absolutely disgusting and I'm blown away that Wyndham even claims this as there own!

Scariest place to stay. Kids running wild, who live here. Almost hit 2 at midnight who ran in front of my car. Homeless population living on 3rd floor. Creep was hiding in the bushes near the next hotel taking pictures of us. Maid was smoking some in our room. We had 2 towels for the 4 of us. The staff said they couldn't find anymore to give us or wash. Sheets were stained with rust. Everything was dirty or sticky. Carpet felt wet the entire stay! Obvious water leaks that have not been taken care of. Looks like a dead mouse in light fixture. No soap, no shampoo, but we got a tube of toothpaste. We ran to the store so we could wash our hands. The sinks had black tar coating it. Stay in your car! It's cleaner than this place!
