Disappointing customer service over the phone by a young lady. I wish I could provide the name but I'm not inerested in calling back. It was over a petty wind shield wiper blade. I needed her to put one on for my wife and she said she would not do that .

Think I called every part store for a Oring on my Honda crv oil dipstick..Was told I had to go thru the dealer and or Pay for freight..until tonight..Thankyou for the kindness and patience..He didn't even charge me anything snd now its fixed!!..Thanks again
