“Calvin and his crew were great when I came in early July. It was maybe 10am and it was already a sweltering 88 degrees with the heat index projected to hit 104 that day. They were nothing but professional and a tight working crew. Even ran to the auto parts store to grab the correct cabin air filter for me. Calvin's easy-going but professional demeanor helped me trust the information given to me so I could decide on what services I wanted. “These guys are THE best!
Both times I’ve called them, they’ve gotten my car in the same day and had me back on the road within 2 hours or less. Not only do they know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to your car, but they are so genuine, friendly and welcoming that it makes the experience of getting your car fixed, a little more pleasant!
This is the only place I now take my car. I’ve been to other places who have charged me ridiculous amounts of money and made me wait 2 days or more to get my car back. None of this happens with the guys at Dykstra. They even welcomed in my dog because I had her with me at the time. She enjoyed the fuss, attention and donuts!
I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you again guys!”

Service was fast and professional as advertised. Price was a little higher than my shop charges, even after coupon discount, but the convenience is worth it. I had to get the highest cost option to get the 0W16 recommended by the manufacturer.
Note that they can’t rotate tires, which is fine and matched my expectations. I read someone got their tires rotated here so I’m mentioning for future readers.”
“Rico and Lisa were so kind, friendly and helpful. My son attends Western Michigan University and has his car at school with him. I am 3 hours away and they took care of my son, without me having to drive there and bring the car back and forth. They were so honest with the repairs and they were able to get my son in quickly with very low wait time as well. “This place always has excellent service! They go above & beyond. I can always get my wiper fluid filled for free, get tire pressure checked for free & of course they do the other things too! Recently they saw me struggling at the station across from them, trying to fill my own tire, one gentleman came over to me to ask if I'd rather them fill for free. I explained I would need to purchase one wiper blade & they offered me 2 for the price of one! Great value!”

“Where do I even begin to say all the things I could say about Joe and his repair shop? I was out of state and traveling on the interstate when my alternator went out, taking the battery out with it. Joe got my van fixed and back on the road much quicker than I expected. When we ran into some additional unrelated issues he addressed those quickly and expertly as well. If you are near Auto Tech Repair Center, you won't regret choosing Joe as your regular mechanic. And if you break down and are near him, definitely head there! My two teens now say they wish everyone had a "Joe" when they broke down. I was pleasantly surprised that his prices are fantastic as well. We are more thankful than we could ever express!”

“I stopped into Muffler Man on ********* in ********* to see if I could schedule an appointment to have my wife's car's muffler system checked. Instead of setting an appointment to come back I was asked to wait for about 5 minutes while ***** finished welding the job he was on. ***** then put my car up and let me know what was needed. When I asked when I could bring it back in I was told they could do it right then. He even had my part in stock. Less than an hour from the time I came in I was driving away with my repair completed. Fast, knowledgeable service and reasonable pricing. What more could you ask for?”
