“While traveling thru Kalamazoo MI, I had a hood latch fail on my motorhome that needed to be repaired before I could continue. Is was late (after normal hours) but I took the parts to Caliber Collision on W Mosel in Kalamazoo and caught Traci just as she was leaving for the day. Rather then turn me away she asked if she could help me and then introduced me to the General Manager Jordan Vanbelle. He listened to my problem, looked at the parts I had with me and said… no problem he could get it repaired the next day. The next morning at about 10:30 AM I got a call from Jordan telling me my hood was repaired and I could pick it up.
The repair looks great even better than the OEM original. I want to Thank Traci, Jordan and the team at Caliber of Kalamazoo for their help to get me going again. They were very friendly, professional and quick to provide exceptional service. Thanks for a great job!!!!

“Huge shout-out to Clark B who went more above and beyond than I have ever seen a service fessional go!!!!
My battery died in the Meijer parking lot adjacent to AutoZone. I got over to AutoZone and Clark came all the way over to my car in the next parking lot over to see the correct battery I needed so that I wouldn't buy the wrong one. He then helped me install it where the next level comes in... (This would have already been a 5 star, crazy customer service!)
Clark went to install my battery for me and noticed that one port was corrupted beyond repair. He sold me the new port, installed the port, and installed the battery all the way to get my car running again ? he mentioned a coworker of his tightened my air intake too, THANK YOU TOO SIR, sorry I did not get his name.
I do want to reiterate 10000 times, Clark B saves the day and not only represented AutoZone to the max today, but also is just a great person and maybe a guardian angel. Cheers AutoZone for employing such a professional! THANK YOU!”

“I thought I would take some time to leave some words for this store because they helped me with a project that was near and dear to my heart. My dad passed away at the age of 65 last year and left me a work truck. I planed to do a little bit of bodywork to bring it back to life and possibly patch up a couple areas, but I quickly realize after removing the bedliner from the rocker panels and wheel wells that the rust was much more than I originally anticipated. After countless hours of YouTube university, teaching myself the process of fiberglass resin, body filler, short, strand and long strand, Bondo, glazing putty and primer plus and everything in between I decided I wanted to attempt a paint job. The store is one of the only shops in the areas that sells auto paint so I figured I would go talk to them. when I first came in, I worked with Josh and told him I was looking to paint the truck. I told him the colors I had in mind and decided to go with a single stage after doing my homework and acquiring a spray, gun and compressor I felt confident to buy some paint. After visiting the store, a couple times working with Josh and Robert and calling back several times I finally felt ready to spray some paint. I just finished this evening and I am very pleased with the results. I appreciate you folks taking the time to help me complete this project as part of my grieving process. A big thank you to Joshua and Robert .”
