Helpless and useless ?, whoever is in charge of responding to requests far as loans should be fired. Who takes over a week and counting to say yes or no to a loan, they got my check stubs and bank statements, just terrible. Nothing changed with my income it shouldn't be so hard, Advance American does it better.

Terrible service! Don’t go here you have a better chance getting a loan anywhere else. The lady who tried to help me is named Lasonya she acts like your bothering her with questions and when your there she’s just sighing and has an attitude because her day sucks. Advance America is better anyway.

If I could give negative stars, that's what they deserve after refusing to cash a verified money network check, because the main lady couldn't figure out how to enter the numbers correctly the other lady, and myself, were both able to get the verification, multiple times, but because the manager lady couldn't get it to verify, herself, and wouldn't do it really sad

I have NEVER been more impressedbwuth a group of people in my entire LIFE. They were positive, diligent, and persevered until my check was cashed. The amount if effort it took to cash my check was a bit more than usual because verification was difficult. They hung in there and worked hard until the job was done and did everything they knew how to do to help me . All with smiles on their faces and professionalism to the highest degree. VERY IMPRESSIVE BUNCH OF GOOD PEOPLE!!!!

Great place. April on westnedge ave in kalamazoo is excellent. They give you a nice heads up on your due date and reason with you on all aspects of your experience.

I enjoy coming to approved cash the people here make you feel like family then a customer they go beyond to help you feel comfortable getting a loan. April is a very warm hearted person always there to answer any questions you have and will explain to you the way things go as far as getting a loan she's awesome I would refer everyone in need of a loan approved cash is the way.
