“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Ferguson Team, I had bought a toilet a year or so ago and was having issues with the seat. Shannon Hickman had me bring home a new toilet seat and said no problem and warrantied it for me. I sent him a email with the pictures and confirmed I could throw it away on Friday around 8:30pm and I wasn't expecting him to email me back till Monday but around 10pm I got a response and he said absolutely and I was shocked he emailed me. You normally don't get that type of service at a large business like this. Great work Shannon!!!”
“53' dry van deliveryDocks are on east (via south) side of building. Doors 3532-3538. No signage on doors. Docks open 7am-5pm. Do NOT sleep inside gate. Adequate parking OUTSIDE gate on south-east corner of building across street (you can't miss it).Portapotty between doors 3473 & 3515.”
