Ordering propane is a complete cluster. It is extremely difficult and very time consuming. I would gladly switch to another company that does a better job at this.

I'm leaving Amerigas next time I need gas. If I have questions about my bill I don't want to talk to someone in a different country that doesn't speak clear English. Also the rent for the tank is over priced so is the gas and so is the emergency fill penalty.The only thing good about Amerigas is the delivery guys.I can't wait to be with a different company.Thank you, Susan K Reiley

Called to schedule a delivery and when prompted to enter my debit card information the payment did not go through. I tried completing the payment online with a different card and Paypal, but kept receiving an error message. I spoke with 8 customer service representatives and no one was able to help me. They kept telling me I needed to pay before my delivery could be scheduled. I told them all I understood that and that there was an issue with my payment going through. No one could offer me a reasonable solution. I asked for online technical support and was told there was none. I asked if I could call a local office directly and they said all customer service goes through their central location overseas. I was able to get the payment to go through after 2 hrs on the phone and having the rep triple check my name and address. I was told if this happens again that the only solution is mailing a check. Overall, I am very disappointed in the service I received. Up until 2 or 3 years ago I was able to order deliveries directly from the local office with zero issues.

On your app and on your website there is nowhere for a pre-buy customer to schedule a delivery we must call when I call it took over 30 minutes to schedule a delivery for gas that I had paid for

Could not get through to the proper person. The one that was close to helping me had me on hold for at least 25 minutes. I hung up because I couldn't wait any longer. I ended up calling my sales person and she said she would handle my problem.

They closed locations in van buren county, now send callers to overseas call center, which is useless. I asked them over the phone how close a building can be built to a tank. They had a guy drive to my house to tell me "15" feet, then charged me 100 dollars. I disputed it to someone in the Phillipines who doesn't even know what a propane tank is, and they just kept charging me a 25 dollar late fee for 4 months in a row. So 200 dollars. This place had been quite professional, but now it's a joke.

We are a construction company and have issues not stop. Have called 5 times for tank pickup and nothing happens. Dealing with a call center when the owner is trying to open their building and tanks still on site.

I overpaid my bill and am still waiting a refund . First you said it would take 10 to 14 days. I called back after 2 weeks, and was told it would be 3 days. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund check ($715.00).A 1000 gallon order minimum per year order is too much.

Poor delivery time, poor closeout-cage and tanks were left onsite for a month after the project was complete, poor sales representation, had to call main office multiple times for over billing due to cage not being picked up and left onsite. Very, very, very disappointed in the overall performance of AmeriGas over the past year, which has led us to seek out alternate suppliers.
