I am from out of town. Suddenly had an issue with my car. Despite being busy, he squeezed me in to diagnose the issue. He was through with his work & found the issue & explained it to me before moving forward. I walked, well drove lol, out of there with the confidence I will be able to drive home safely. So grateful for his help when I know he could have told me his schedule was too full. Plus the effects of an ice storm just 2 days beforehand.Thank you so very much Duane! I wish you were closer as you'd be my mechanic! I can't say thank you enough!!Services: Transmission

I'm from out of town & had an issue arise. Duane managed to get my car in & found the issue quickly. Soon my car was fixed. And I can now drive home knowing it's safe. So very grateful for his help!

OUTSTANDING starting from customer service to an honest and thorough repair. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs of calling, they diagnosed same day as well as a completed repair within days ( sizable repair). Not only was there pick up and drop off service I was reminded that paying with a credit card would cost me 3% so a check was welcomed. I had looked on line as I'm new to the area and the Ford dealership was booking over 4 weeks out. As a female always feeling like I'm getting taken advantage of finding a trusted mechanic is like finding good daycare!

I called them because I needed what I thought a new power steering pump. It turned out to be much worse than what I thought. John and his crew took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car, explain in detail what needed to be done. They came in on their day off to finish repairs on my car. They are amazing good honest people. I will continue to use them. Thank you John and crew!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Went in today for a test drive. Was told before I got there the truck was in excellent shape. Was not told the driver seat was shredded as if somebody took a knife to it and a six-year-old sewed it back up with white thread. Four-wheel drive didn't work power mirrors did not work brakes were extremely soft almost couldn't stop at a stop sign. When I brought the issues up to the mechanic and what I assumed is the owner I was basically called a liar. Was told no no no had the keys taken out of my hand and both of them walked away leaving me standing in their office. Will never do business or bring business there again. What a disgrace!
