Picked up a mattress for my daughter the other day and excellent customer Service.. I believe his name was Mark that accommodated us.. Even helped strap down the mattress before the storm hit.. Yes we made it without any issues...

My husband found this business on Facebook on Thursday. We met there Friday (yesterday) after work and had a sectional couch picked out and set up for delivery Saturday (today) within 30 minutes of our arrival. Everything was no pressure with Mark, like walking in just talking to a friend!
This morning the delivery guys showed up and even though our house is awkward and they had to walk this giant sectional and ottoman all the way around the house, through a garden lined in small boulders, through the fenced in dog area, into the back door and then make a 90 degree turn into the dining room without hitting counters or a fish tank the guys just rolled with it and were SUPER nice! They did this with all 3 pieces and all the cushions in freezing temperatures and of course it started to snow. When they left they even shut the gate to the dog area without being asked! Very thoughtful, no deliveries we have had have ever done that!
You guys are so awesome, we very much appreciate the 5 star service we got!
The couch looks great in our giant empty living room. Can’t wait to spend the day decorating and having a super huge comfy sectional to enjoy with our 3 month old Granddaughter tonight!

"How do people buy furniture that doesn't fit in their home?!?" I'm pretty sure I said that at some point in my life. And that's where we ended up...new home, awkward closet...and the movers try as they might cannot get the large sectional piece through our doors. PANIC. There was a very clear sign for no refunds.However, the owner knew this story and was so professional and helpful!! We came back in looked at other options and they were instrumental in making sure we picked the right thing to go in our home. Everything from measurements to showing us options, choosing fabric and comfortability.We found new furniture, had it delivered and setup today. We couldn't be happier with the comfort and look. The service has made us customers for life!!And can we talk about how awesome the delivery service was, Morgan Movers?!?A++++
