In full transparency I have never worked there. I showed up to my interview and the HR rep wasn't there, I was told she was running late after I had been there half an hour and she would be another 45 mins, eventually I was told she wasn't coming in. While this was annoying I was would be willing to forgive it, and the lost time at my job, as life happens. However the woman who came to collect me from the entry point lied to and then about three men in the same room. Claiming they were not there when she was gathering people at 7:25 and then telling her co-workers the same and calling them liars when they tried to disagree. I was there @ 7:20 and they were there before me, she wasn't around at that time. So I don't know what working there is like but I do know that their HR has a serious accountability and integrity issue. And I'm probably risking a redo of my interview saying this, but it should be known for those looking.

If you could use the term MEAT GRINDER for a place to work like it's used to describe soldiers sent to perish...This place is the MEAT GRINDER of a place to work where your hopes of having dignity at a job perish. They don't even care what your name is.They wont even ask.The turn over rate is so high you're nothing, they don't care, they are not professional.I had a supervisor tell me to put a full label on a container that wasn't even full. They pass failing parts.Your dream dies here.I didn't point out.I quit mid shift after 6 days. And they held my pay saying my direct deposit didn't go through then sent me a voided check in the mailthen

If I had the choice to give it 0 I would. I recommend that you don't work here. The job suits people who want ti get paid well, but it basically takes your life away. Working overtime, and all the other things are just things no one wants to deal with. For example my dad works there and he works on Saturdays and basically the job kills the fun. Do not recommend at all.

I would strongly recommened people find better employment opportunities then here, especially if you're a fork truck or tugger Driver. They will work you to the bone with the constant overtime and not give a damn about you.Furthermore, their lack of punctuality is severe. If you miss 3 days within your first 90 day probation. It may be like another month before they inform and fire you. They wasted a month of my time when they fired me last night and couldn't get their heads on straight to inform me. Time that I could have used to find new employment.Overall, this place is a literal dump and you can find better places to work then here.

A waste of yourself and time with your family, Production Management are Clowns, they will throw anyone away for their own greed, quality of parts aren't what they say they make. PARTS DONT FIT GAUGES, and they will alter or make the parts fit, they have no morals as to how and would rather push someone to the break point, than to correct the actions, 1st shift lead in North Adams falsifies downtime and get away with not doing the job. Theirs little to no leadership and their mission statement is not what they say. They don't care about safety, when it comes to making parts look like good quality. When you get injured they just throw you away as if your a liability. North Adams plant supervisor is awesome, showed compassion for the employees, and fed good motivation when needed.

The people I actually worked with in my department were wonderful very helpful very politeHowever they ask you to log your down time on a sheet and you do that and yet while you're learning jobs having to do changeovers after just a few totes of parts and waiting for an hour in between for parts to arrive to only run a few totes and do it again ..WHILE LEARNING.these jobsThey come at you over rate..well perhaps we should check the downtime logs and make sure things were being logged appropriately and being added appropriately also something new people are learningNo let's jump right to you're not hitting rate at your third week and having to train yourself on a fixture at that, you need to step it up etc etc and the manner in which it was done. There's a reason that no one stays it's attitudes..Some people don't have what it takes to be IN CHARGE..Learn your soft skills be supportive and encouraging...and go get the paperwork to review it with the new hire in case of mistakes ..DONT ASSUME..

In a week long heat advisory and they seem to think it’s ok to not give extra breaks or even inform employees of what to do it one feels like they are having symptoms of heat exhaustion and or stroke.. contracted companies go without fans to help relieve some of the heat they have to endure and are expected to follow the main companies break policy ( no extra step outs/breaks) Ive said it before and I’ll say it again if people didn’t need jobs people would have walked out.. it’s easy to set in and a/c office and make decisions when a companies employees should be #1 treat them right and you get a long term employee treat them like robots and people eventually move on
