Customer Service has left the owner.
I understand theft. However, any minimum level critical thinking skills would lead you to understand your regular customers are Not your drive-offs. For example, and 63yr old white male driving a BMW, who stops in 2-3 times a week to Fill the car and come inside for drinks, snacks, and lottery tickets while communicating proactively with your staff, is not your loss center.
Well, now he is. Because he will not waste his time making 2 trips into your facility every time. He will simple go to the station around the corner that will turn on the pump when he arrives and welcome him into the store where the gas is 10c less anyway.
