I have received my mail 2 to 3 sometimes 4 months later than it was posted. I just received a very important letter post marked from 2023. It's March of 2024. On top of that I'm always getting mail that goes to a different address. This post office needs to get it together as this has been happening for YEARS. And it's not just a here and there thing it's constantly happening. Completely unacceptable!

They make mistakes sometimes, but the staff that work the post office in Jerome are usually pretty helpful.

I get a tracking fo for a package that USPS said they couldn't deliver due to lack of postage. Only package we were waiting for should have been paid by shipper. I tried to track the package and system, phone, and the web all say number not found. USPS gave me that form with the typed number on it?!!! What? If I could give less than a star I would
