US 12 doesn’t know how to repair boats. When Gary was running things, it was great. But now, Derick doesn’t know how to fix anything . I paid him $100 to diagnose an engine issue, and he brought someone else to teach him. Which is fine, except then he failed to fix my boat, charged me for an oil change I didn’t ask for, and my boat was broken again a week later. US 12 Marine can’t fix your boat because ownership isn’t knowledgeable enough.

Bought a $16,000 2012 Bayliner from this marina. Was assured boat was ready to go and in good working order. First battery was DEAD. Replaced it. Then boat would not come up to speed to plane out. Now we have a $16,000 boat in the shop on a holiday weekend. No help from Derek. Was told we are out of luck and that we bought a used boat. DO NOT BUY A BOAT FROM THESE HACKS!!! BEWARE!!!

Derrick replaced our floor and got rid of the old green carpet on our pontoon. Amazing job. Looks like a brand new boat. We would highly recommend.
