“Came in at 3 on dot guys were friendly but herd them constantly complaining about how they close at 3 people should know blah blah blah. Made me feel uncomfortable with level of service I received. Got oil change and two services prolly shouldn't have.....I'm reposting now I've been there again today and customer service was off the charts this time I gave them another time round and they blew me away....I will return...feeling bad about first post but hey they couldn't done better glad I came again tho.....”
“Excellent work and finished earlier than stated estimate. Price was fair and clearly communicated.
Shop is small, family owned and operated and "lived in". It's dirty and cluttered with zero customer space or seating and almost no customer parking. What parking there is is alongside the building in dirt.”

“**Update - 12/17/23 - Broke another axle, different one than last time and if I could give 10 stars I would. Google wouldn't let me create a new review. I called, showed up an hr later and Scott had me diagnosed in 1 min, pulled a truck out of a bay and had me in within 5 mins. Tech had the old axle out, cleaned the tube and new axle with seal back in. I think this took 10 mins and I was back in service in less time than you get an oil change. This type of customer service puts every business to shame.**original ReviewIt gets no better than this place. I broke an axle in a semi, called and talked to Scott the owner and he had me in like Nascar. Axles out, inspected, housing cleaned out and fluid drained/filled and back on the road in 30 mins. This kind of service is unheard of now a days and they gave me years of experienced knowledge by answering every dumb question I had. The tech who did the work was outstanding and diligent. The pricing is beyond fair.”
“I had a wonderful experience with them today. I bought a used van from Detroit. It started acting up a week later. MasterShift checked it over, topped off the transmission fluid, tweaked a few things and gave me the good word that there is no solid evidence of needing a new tranny. These guys were polite, honest, and super professional. I'll be bringing all my transmission work here from now on and recommend them any chance I get.

Parker was extremely helpful on making sure I got my 2019 Escape. I mentioned my concern for safety and reliance in a vehicle because I’m a young mother, he showed me all the cool things this car had to offer for car seats and family outings.
He was very patient with my partner and i as we came to discuss mileage and repairs, car notes, all sorts of things. (First time buying a car from a lot)
Within my year of owning my car, I have had 0 issues making and planning appointments/getting into contact with Station45.
I feel as though I was sold a very good and reliable car that will more than likely be my child’s first car 16 years from now!

They were very professional and appeared to be very honest. The office waiting room decor was patriotic, accompanied by inspirational quotes and Bible verses.
They tested my vehicle, gave me an idea of what could be wrong, explained what they'd do to fix it, and quoted me a price.
When I asked for a written quote, it differed from the audible quote...”
