“I had a problem with my tire that I couldn’t self diagnose. I was recommended this place by an auto repair shop that didn’t want to deal with my problem. When I called No Time Flat they sounded almost happy to take my call, and were extremely considerate on the phone. When I dropped it off they were short but in a good way, and I left my car with them. Only 20 minutes later they called and said it was ready! This type of service is hard to come by and finding shops like this is like a diamond in the rough. So glad I was able to get my car to them.”

“They are pricey, but these guys know their stuff and have the most optimized, easy customer interface I have ever had with an auto mechanic.
I've taken two of my vehicles to them, and in each case they've identified the sources of problems which I have been experiencing with my vehicle, but which no one else has identified so far, and they provide a detailed list of the problems with reference pictures and priority on which issues are more urgent/important as opposed to which ones can stand to wait a while to be addressed.
And they explain it in such detail that I often don't even have questions, but they always answer the questions in a satisfying manner. As someone who is not particularly adept at auto mechanics, this is a huge boon.”

“Came in at 3 on dot guys were friendly but herd them constantly complaining about how they close at 3 people should know blah blah blah. Made me feel uncomfortable with level of service I received. Got oil change and two services prolly shouldn't have.....I'm reposting now I've been there again today and customer service was off the charts this time I gave them another time round and they blew me away....I will return...feeling bad about first post but hey they couldn't done better glad I came again tho.....”

I travel the nation repairing classic AMC cars, and while in town, our client referred us to parkers for some machine work. They turned four drums, popped a u joint from a drive shaft, and replaced 2 axle bearings for us to take back to a 60 year old car we were restoring. While there we got to chat with a really engaged crew that clearly knows new tech, four wheeling, and old school cars. They also do fabrication! With a parts store, a machine shop, and a fully equipped 8-10 bay shop they are ready to care for your daily driver, your lifted truck or jeep, or your classic car.”

MAN, they were the only tire/rim establishment at the time when I was searching and looking around for my vehicle's tires (used/new) that actually had a couple in stock. Feasible as well for my budget and when I say they are SO MEATY OH EM GEE OH EM GEE SMH. NEVER ever had I gotten BLESSED(especially being a FEMALE) by an auto/tire shop like this before. “We first started with calling the local Chevy dealer and what a joke they were! Just to look at my SUV was going to cost me $300. I even told them where and what the problem was and they said they couldn't give me a quote unless they took a closer look but they could tell me the price of the parts. How do you know what parts I need but don't know the price to fix it?...I just needed new breaks! When I called Tolman's they asked me to drop it off, they looked at it (no charge) and fixed the problem. Had the SUV back the same day when Chevy told me it would be a few days but to drop it off just in case. The local Chevy dealer (where I bought our Tahoe) is a joke and lost a customer where our family has bought no less than 5 vehicles from them in the past. Tolman's did such a great job they have 100% earned my continuous business.”

“Our RV had an alignment problem, but no chain tire companies could get the small 20 foot rig into their bay. RV mechanics didn't do alignment so we were faced with few options. Wonderland got us in immediately, found a few other wear problems, got us new tires and aligned very quickly. Overall I spent more money than I was anticipating, but saved a future blowout and tow later thanks to their diligence.”

“Sunday August 15 2023 I got a flat tire on the way to an event. My husband came and got the car and had a new tire put on at Monro and two days later I had three more put on. From the moment I drove away with those tires, I had a problem in the steering. I brought it back to them and to several other places. Nobody could seem to figure out why there was a problem. Until just recently, when the mechanic told me it was because my tires were nine years old. Wait what! Nine years old? I just had them put on a year ago.
I went them back to Monro and the manager Mani was amazing at getting the problem corrected. Mani was so helpful. I got 4 new (actually new) tires and the problem is gone!
I appreciate Mani's warm personality.”
