Had to switch here because CVS no longer accepts my insurance.Was hoping for a positive change. For the last 8 years I have been on a migraine abortive and receive 18 at a time, which is what my dr. Writes them for AND my insurance covers me for.The first month from here they only gave me 12 (which is what is in the manufacturer box) but I didn’t realize until I was home so nothing I could do. So this month I checked before leaving the drivethru. It was written right on the label for 18, but had a quantity of 12.I explained to the pharmacist that I should be getting 18, and last month I suffered many unnecessary days of pain and migraines, this affects me being able to work, be with my son, etc . She shrugged her shoulders and said “well that’s what your insurance must cover”I am well versed on insurance and medications, I’ve been a nurse for many years. I explained that no, that’s not correct and I know better, I’ve been getting 18 for years and my insurance is the same. She rolled her eyes and said “let me try again but it’s going to be the same thing”I waited patiently, she came back and said “well it worked, here’s your 18” with a huge attitude. I was never rude or upset with her but it’s not right and it’s not ok to be so lax about being in a position to affect a patient’s quality of life, their income, etc because you don’t want to take the three minutes to do a insurance verification for a quantity.I will be going through the process of finding a new pharmacy just because of the sheer lack of care they show for patients.

Says they close at 10pm on Mondays, but when I get to the store at 9:15pm the workers have already locked the doors and said they're closed? Either update your hours online or put your workers in check.

Had something sent to the Amazon locker. Showed up a few hours before closing and the lights were off. On the door was a super tiny sign saying "store will be closing at 6pm due to staffing shortages". Okay so why aren't the times updated on Google? The problem is these corporations want to maximize profits by not hiring new people. Then they lie and say nobody wants to work. Absolutely pathetic.

Their prices are pretty high for health, beauty, and food but other than that the store is pretty good. They have good service. The pharmacy is kind of slow but I always like that they send texts when prescriptions are ready! A lot of pharmacies don’t do that when the prescriptions are ordered by doctors. It could be better but it could be worse.

I hope this is a fluke but when it was Walgreens I never had a problem. Three days and my prescription still isn't ready? A long line at the drive thru and after 20 minutes finally saw the pharmacist at the window. Terrible, hope it improves.

They need to loosen up on the pokemon cards.I tried to buy 2 packs one for each kid and was told i can only have 1 pack.I tried explaining that I had 2 kids. Lady wasnt having it. 1 per customer sir!!So my 12 and 13 year old boys got out of the car with their own Credit Cards so they could each seperatly buy a pack and they were told no by the protector of the cards lady behind the counter. So much power given to one person crushing dreams lol just wow.

Everything is priced at nearly double what is listed online or literally anywhere else. The staff was rude when I asked if they price matched their own damn website.
