“This Dollar Tree always has fancy name brand stuff and amazing drinks. The employees are fantastic and provide great customer service. Really enjoyed chatting with the young women cashier today 3/15 around 7 pm.”
“On a busy Saturday, we were able to get what we need real quick and checkout was wonderful. You could tell they were short staffed but an employee named “Brett”, I believe that’s his name of what he told the lady in front of us, was so kind and upbeat! He was wearing a shirt and tie even! I don’t know if you do employee incentives or what not but he needs one! Oh and this is by far my favorite dollar tree! Good job Grandville team!”

“Better condition than most DT's, however, I don't like the move towards being Family Dollar. Some items make sense in the $5 section, some don't. But the removal of commonly carried items in place of more expensive versions seems tone deaf to those who rely on Dollar Tree in the current economy.”
“I went in this store because of the dump Dollar General across the street.! The store is clean, no products on the floor a little trash in one area but the person was stocking so that's expected. Cashiers where nice. Totally recommend this store over Dollar General in that immediate area. Good job girls!”

“This store was going through a remodel and the staff did a wonderful job handling all of the shoppers in their store. Shout out to J the manager and Kat (as well as many other employees) for being so patient and professional in the time of customers rushing around their store and also dealing with all the other rude customers that were giving them a hard time for no reason. “The store is always well stocked, easy to navigate isles, friendly helpful staff, and only one flaw, the entrance is narrow and at a weird angle, making it hard to use a stroller. Also doors are not handicap accessible.”
“I always go out of my way to come to this family dollar. The staff is always very very friendly and helpful. I was extremely touched when the employee, Amanda, offered to help me carry my case of water to the car. I thought she was going to ask the male manager to do it but, she wanted to help me herself. That made my day.
I read a lot of negative reviews about the parking lot, machines, and random people outside of the store. When we go to eat out and our server brings out the food but, it’s not made the way we asked. In that situation, we don’t blame the server because she didn’t make the food. This applies to the negative complaints here. The staff is not in charge of what the parking lot looks like, the machines/apps not working and certainly no control over the people who decide to stand outside the store; a public place. Please have some grace on the staff for things they can’t control.”
