Bought a dock from Cooper's two years ago. They have installed and removed the dock each season for us. This season (spring/summer '22) we have called and left messages 4 times for an install; here we are mid June and no dock, and not so much as a call back.

I have left countless messages to please call me regarding a Floe kayak rack. We talked a few weeks ago and I need to pick one up, quick and simple. But you do not answer your phone nor do you return calls. I just don't understand how you can do business this way.In the time it took you to type a response, I could have come in, bought my item, and been on my way. I’m trying to give you the opportunity to prove me wrong but so far, nothing but the fact that I’m too small and only big dollar customers warrant your time. That says it all.

I purchased the beginning of my dock at another local dealer - an experience that was not at all good. I reconnected with Cooper's Dock this spring to complete the dock. The communication, expertise, and customer service that i have received from Cooper's is OUTSTANDING! Very highly recommend!

These guys have a lot of experience and provided great recommendations, which we needed. They were always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. We are very happy with our dock and would highly recommend Cooper's.

Just got our new dock and it is great. I went to Cooper's because I saw good reviews online and they did not disappoint. They were responsive to email and phone calls before and after the purchase. The day they set it up they were on time, respectful of the lawn and went out in the cold water to put everything together. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend working with them.

Doing business with Jeff and Cody was a pleasure. They patiently answered all my questions regarding Floe dock and accessories making me feel comfortable with my choices. They professionally installed my new dock in 30 degree (frigid) weather without any complaints or excuses, and even removed my old wooden dock at no extra charge.

Great service, I recently upgraded to a floe pontoon lift they were there on time when scheduled and went out of their way to install and fit the lift to our new boat. Great lift and dock system. Thanks guys Bert

I live in California and I've trusted Jeff and his crew for quite a few years now to take care of my beautifully installed dock at my family cottage. This year I panicked, fearing I was late (May) in getting it back in the water. Surprise!! They took care of me in April! In this day and age service like this is so rare. Looking out for me and my guests is greatly appreciated.
