When arriving to get a quote for a new dock, an employee was yelling at a man in the parking lot. He had a sledgehammer in his hand, threatening a man in a big truck. I did not feel safe, so I did not pull in to the parking lot. I do not plan on returning; this was very concerning and unwelcoming.

This guys is incredibly unprofessional when I tried to ask about a dock he came at me with a sledgehammer threatening me because of a company shirt I was wearing I give this company a 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Bought a dock from Cooper's two years ago. They have installed and removed the dock each season for us. This season (spring/summer '22) we have called and left messages 4 times for an install; here we are mid June and no dock, and not so much as a call back.

Another service we provide is in and out service for the docks and lifts. Lastly we shrink wrap and winterize boats, we got into the boat pick up service so our customers could make one call and have everything taken care of by one company!
