I have been using Bob's transmission in Jenison for years now. They are the most honest and trustworthy shop that I have used over the years. My first experience was with my personal truck, they fixed it fast and were awesome to work with. I now oversee a fleet of 40 vehicles and if I have any issues with the fleet, we send it straight to Bob's. With an aging fleet of vehicles we are bound to have issues and I never worry. They take care of us and everyone else that we have ever sent them for service. Incredible team of folks A++++ and absolutely 5 Stars ?If you ever need transmission repairs done they would be the first and only place that I would call.Thank you for all your great service ?Kevin M. Can not recommend enough! As a female I’m always nervous to bring my vehicle places thinking theirs a chance they will intentionally over charge or do something to make me have to go back and get more work done or talk me into I unnecessary work. From from first contact with staff at Bobs I felt like they were trust worthy. Over the phone they had a good idea of what was wrong with my vehicle and were correct with that assumption once the vehicle was brought in. They completed the work quickly and at far less of an expense than I anticipated. They did great work and were friendly and kind and I will recommend them to everyone.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Jamie. Got my transmission cooler lines and a U-joint on my rear drive shaft replaced, and luckily it was just under $400! You guys are awesome and saved Christmas for me! Huge thanks!

Bobs Transmission was great. They rebuilt my transmission at the Price I was quoted plus repaired a couple of other thing they found while they had it apart. Jamie was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for transmission work. They got my car in and fixed pretty quick.I was really impressed with the communication. I called and went to voice mail and they called back in about 5 minutes. Also explained very well what was needed and what was done after they completed it.Service: Transmission

Took my vehicle in for a whining noise coming from the transmission area. They checked it out and advised me to take it into the dealer for a possible warranty coverage. They got my work truck right in and rebuilt my transmission. They explained everything about what happened to it and what they had to do to fix it. I felt very comfortable about the whole transaction.

The guy's at Bob's are great. They did exactly what the said, no drips, no run, and so far no errors. They did not try to up sell, or push me into something. I told them the problem, Jeremy told me his opinion of what he thought it could be and the issues that were known of my truck. I told him to go ahead and change filters and fluid. He did so. The old beast runs great. Shifting points are not quite so sluggish. I will recommend and be back for anymore issues. Thank you guys, you have my business.
